This cute and cozy 800 SQ FT, 2BR/2BA open feel condo offers mountain comfort and stunning views. Located between Marys Lake and Moraine Ave, you are minutes from downtown Estes Park, and from the South entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.This ranch style condo is welcoming and cute. With all living areas on the main floor, this condo makes for a relaxing and accessible experience. The open concept living area has wonderful natural light with large windows that invite the outdoors inside. The great room offers incredible views of the surrounding area. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with all of the items you may need to make that perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Off of the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer for your laundry convenience.The patio is located off the dining room with comfy patio furniture to lounge in, a gas grill, and a gas firepit. This lovely property backs up to permanent Land Trust Open Space. Enjoy fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Rocky Mountain National Park. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

We had a wonderful time here. Loved the location, it was so beautiful and peaceful. Appreciated having two bathrooms, and the back patio, fire pit and table/chairs were great! While this isn't close to downtown, there is a small grocery store and some restaurants only a couple of miles away. And it was really close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.Definitely want to return.

Fantastic location and just a great house in that area. We arrived quite late in the evening so we only grasped how beautiful it was when we woke up with wildlife animals in the backyard. Amazing view.Everything was super clean and they even had foreseen shampoo and soap. In short, awesome stay and great price-quality. Would definitely recommend.

The views were fantastic! We saw a lot of wildlife everyday. Proximity to the national park was great. We felt very remote with our mountain views. Only negatives are for those looking for daytime naps, the bedrooms are very sunny.

The place was great, we just struggled to get into the place because we werent sent the correct code and didnt get a response for a while.

Our office closes at 5 so if you are only sending an email or text we will not respond until the next business day. That is why we send instructions regarding this in an email 1 week prior to arrival if there are any issues call and then listen to the message regarding if you are reaching us after hours and you are an in house guest. Place was perfect! Deer right in the backyard. Only suggestion, bring your own toilet paper, but I get it, toilet paper is not cheap. Over very happy with our stay! Would stay again.

Our Nine Days in the Rockies

Serenity in the Rockies was just what we needed! A quiet and peaceful place far enough away from downtown Estes Park (about a mile and a half) to avoid the hustle and bustle. Very easy access to RMNP. The townhouse was nicely furnished and decorated. Elk entertained in the back yard regularly!

Relaxing View

This was a perfect spot for three of us to relax and catch up. The view was great, enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening for dinner and with my morning coffee. The location was close to town, loved that, shopping there and the places to grab a bite. Definitely enjoyed our time here.

Review

We spent little time at SkyRun because we were out hiking the trails in RMNP and enjoying the area. The rental was nice and comfortable to come back to rest after long days of hiking 10+ miles. The rental was super clean. My only issue were the beds. The master bed was comfortable, but every time my husband got out of the bed, the whole thing would move - just felt like the bolts needed retightening. My daughter slept on the couch because the other bed was VERY firm. Other than that, great location, great view and a cute little area. I would definitely return.

Gorgeous views, great location for park access

Beautiful condo, nicely updated. The views out the back are unbeatable. The size was just right for our family of 4 with 2 young children. Love having access to a washer/dryer when hiking. The location was great for easy access to the park and less than 5 minutes from town. There were restaurants and a grocery store nearby so no issues stocking up. Not really walkable if that’s what you are looking for though.

Highly Recommend!

What a great house, location and property! Loved it and will be back. We saw mule deer, gophers and rabbits in the backyard. We loved the view and sitting outside at the firepit looking at the mountains. The inside is modern, spacious and offers everything we needed for a few days exploring RMNP and relaxing after hiking. We also loved that it was close to town but outside of the busy tourist area in July. Great property! Def recommend.

Great location near RMNP

We enjoyed our stay just outside of RMNP. Couldn’t get much closer to the park and it allowed us to get up for early morning hikes! Very clean and well taken care of. When we had an issue with the grill someone came right over to help.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. SkyRun was very helpful providing a high chair and pack n play - even coming after hours to drop one off when it wasnt there when we arrived (after they had confirmed it would be). Communication was easy. The place was smaller than we anticipated but it worked for us. We loved seeing the deer and elk in the back yard. The outdoor furniture made eating outside convenient. The kitchen was pretty bare but there were multiple grocery stores and plenty of cooking equipment. Wed recommend the place to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity in the Rockies- really great location in Estes Park! Backyard views were amazing, especially with the snow capped mountains in early May. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and the heat worked well in each room at night (was also nice to have the ceiling fans in each room if we got too hot). We definitely felt like we had enough privacy. We spotted lots of wildlife near or around the location every day, which was a surprise. Wed love to stay here again and even bring our girls back for a family trip. Thank you!

Wonderful Winter Trip to Estes Park

Serenity in the Rockies was a wonderful place to stay for our winter trip to Estes Park. It was clean and well kept. The only issues we experienced were a shower that was drainage slowly and no extra blankets. Both issues were remedied within two hours of our arrival. The management team was very friendly and quick to respond. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and visits each morning from the local wildlife. The cabin is really close to the park entrance and to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a really lovely stay at the townhouse. The location is great if you plan to be in RMNP for a lot of your stay and some of the best restaurants in town are about 3-5 min away! The house itself isnt huge, but we had plenty of room with our toddler and we loved the windows that gave beautiful views of the mountains and family of mule deer that stopped by every evening! It was too cold for the fire pit (it doesnt put off enough heat for below freezing temps), or grilling out but those would be super nice in slightly warmer weather. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at the Airbnb! It was clean, cozy and the location was amazing! We came to Estes Park to hike the Rockies and this location was perfect. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to Chasm Lake & Sky Pond in the morning. The Airbnb also had a great backyard with a view. We wouldve taken more advantage of it if we came in the summer but unfortunately it was to cold in late October.

This Air bnb was wonderful. We have stayed in other Air bnbs, and this was the cleanest, most well-stocked kitchen and home we have ever stayed in. The homey touches were just exceptional. The pillows and the bed were very nice. They provided pods so we could wash clothes which lessened the need for more clothing to pack. There were high winds in Estes Park and our grill cover blew off the first night. We texted the same evening, and the cover was replaced the very next day. While we had no occasion to utilize the outside amenities due to weather, they were very nice. The only thing we can think of for improvement would have been a crockpot, wine glasses, and maybe a fireplace (but that was only because we were there when it snowed). Overall, SkyRun knocks this one outta-the-park for cleanliness, experience, and value! Wed return there in a New York minute!

Nice Rental in Estes

Overall the property was nice. The backyard is open and doesnt have another house immediately behind. During our stay we had a mule deer out the back door and prairie dogs to watch, but no elk. Inside is cozy with all necessary amenities. Check-in was a code texted 15 minutes ahead of earliest check-in time. Worked well for us. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the 2 of us.

Worth it for the back patio -- view is lovely, fire pit was great, nice seating. Recommend the property gets umbrella or other shade because the patio is in full sun all afternoon/early evening. otherwise it's a great little place, super location to both town and Park, really quiet neighborhood. Living space is smaller than the pictures make it look but otherwise as described and a fine value considering the going rate for Estes.

Great location and clean, as described. The property owners seemed willing to help within normal business hours. However, we had an issue with broken bed risers and being locked out the morning of checkout. We were able to resolve these issues ourselves but expect no help outside 9 am - 5 pm.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sky Run in Estes Park. The only drawback was no A/C and coming from Texas we're used to having that available. There were ceiling fans, and since we knew about no A/C before our arrival, we brought some small personal fans along. The location is great, just outside of the main town area and there was minimal traffic on our road. We would stay here again, and do recommend this house to other travelers.

My fianc and I loved this place! It's in a great location with easy access into RMNP and EP. The back patio has amazing views of the mountains, and the elk visit every evening. This place has a family of prairie dogs in the back yard and are constantly running all over during the day. Birds are everywhere and it's an animal lover's stay!

We had a great stay at Sky Run Serenity. The unit was sparkly clean and welcoming. We were sent the wrong code to get into the box with the key, but the HELP number was answered promptly and we got the correct number in no time! We used the kitchen quite a bit because it was Thanksgiving and found everything we needed! The living room was rather cramped with 4 of us trying to relax after a long day outside, but we made it work. The view was awesome!!! We loved the location, close to town and the Park entrance!THANK YOU SKY RUN!

Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park
