We were very impressed with the condo. My wife is quite picky when it comes to cleanliness, she commented several times on how nice things were. Nikki Stayed Aug, 2024 Lovely stay This was a really great place to stay. It was quiet, clean, and perfect for our few days in RMNP. I rated 4 stars because the hot tub was a little dirty - it foamed like crazy and you could see large amounts of dirt and other debris. Also, if anyone is staying above you it can be quite disturbing. I was surprised how loud it was - hearing drawers opening and closing, steps, and even people talking. The condo is very clean and had plenty of room for two adults and two teens. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and towels were provided. The hot tub worked great and the view from the porch was beautiful. The washer and dryer were a great benefit, though the dryer takes a long time to dry a regular load of laundry. As advertised, the condo provides small starter bottles of bath products so come prepared! The management company was very responsive via text when we had a few questions. We are from Chicago and visit the Rockies often but have never stayed in Estes Park. It was so special for us to stay here for our wedding this year. We had family dinners and hot tub time on the balcony daily. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the space provided at our place and very happy with our space. We were very comfortable with 4 adults in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked (however some of the pans are ready to be tossed) with plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Nothing was plastic! The king sized beds were very comfortable, which was appreciared after a day of hiking. Elk, mule deer, and chipmunks could be seen from the window. The condo is not in town, but it is nearby. Since we left early in the morning, we enjoyed returning to the condo for a dip in the hot tub after hiking all day. A favorite evening was grilling steaks and eating on the deck. Lovely facility, very tasteful furnishings, great kitchen and very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Sky Run was very responsive to our questions. Stayed Apr, 2022 Pros and Cons We did have a wonderful stay EXCEPT .....Since we were staying a month we of course wanted a fireplace..our second day there the fireplace glass screen exploded and I was cut with glass that needed stitches. We adised management and advised where urgent care was for stitches, which i did need . I was surprised no follow up call from owner or property manager to check on me or offer any compensation for the lack of the fireplace for the month. I am a VRBO owner so cutomer service is important to me. We always leave a property in excellent condition and there was no vacuum and short of a few kittchen items. for a month stay. Property managers were helpful and there to address the few issues we had during our visit. Host's response: We are glad you had a wonderful stay except for the fireplace. I spoke to your husband before and after your visit to urgent care, he said that you had received two stitches and would be fine. When informed of the delay in receiving a new glass for the fireplace your husband did not request compensation. Stayed Mar, 2019 Very nice We had a wonderful time at Sheep mountain 20 B. They had everything you could need in the kitchen and the fireplace kept things nice and warm when it was -10 the last night we were there.We enjoyed getting in the hot tub my only concern is that it needs to be cleaned. It had. weird smell and white froth after turning on the jets. Also we had almost 2 feet of snow while we were there and the sidewalks could have been shoveled more then once we could nt see the steps or where we were supposed to walk.Overall we loved our stay and the location!!! The only thing I would comment on was the sidewalks werent shoveled and were dangerous at night with minimal lights on the property. Host's response: Thank you for your review and comments. I have taken your comments under advisement and have spoken to maintenance about the sidewalks. We apologize for the inconvenience, and maintenance has gained additional personnel so they can better attend to this issue in the future. We took over management of these condos in October and have spoken to the HOA about adding lighting around the complex. They are working on a plan to provide safe lighting while staying true to limiting light pollution restrictions from Estes Park. Best wishes! Traci L. Stayed Oct, 2018 The perfect place to stay in Estes Park This was the most perfect place to stay. We enjoyed a weekend get a way and it exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, the fire place was amazing, but the hot tub on the balcony was the icing on the cake! We enjoyed watching the night sky and the wildlife right from our front yard. The location is great, a short drive to downtown Estes Park and to Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved everything and highly recommend this place!
