Snowdrift Peak 203 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with two Window Air Conditioning units, one in the kitchen/living room and one in the entry/family room. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. We traveled to Estes Park for our 10 year anniversary and could not have been more pleased with our stay. This place is extremely well appointed. It literally has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Very cool rustic but comfortable decor. Theresa was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The balcony view was amazing and a perfect place for morning coffee! The location is ideal as it is just far enough from downtown Estes Park for a bit of seclusion while still close enough for all conveniences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Stayed Oct, 2022 Mary The condo is very lovely there are some things that need to be taken care of the light where the fan is when you first walk in the house up to the front door does not have a cover on it and then on the bed in that front bedroom needs to be fixed and it would be nice to have a TV in that room and then the TV in the back bedroom you cannot adjust any kind of volume on that TV otherwise the house was wonderful the screen door going out to the deck needs to be fixed it’s up it just slams shut. Pros: nice size condo, quiet spot, pool is great for kids, comfortable beds, 2.5 baths, large deck with views of mountains & Mary's Lake. Cons: parking is quite inconvenient (if you aren't an expert at backing up, I wouldn't recommend), no real walking access to pool, the views from the deck also include a dilapidated construction site that seems to have been abandoned. We would definitely choose this area again (stay annually) but would choose a condo with better parking access & closer to the pool. Thanks Estes for wonderful memories!! Stayed Aug, 2022 Absolutely stunning view and close to RMNP Enjoyed the stay at this place with my husband, parents-in-law and 10 month old baby. The view from balcony is absolutely stunning. The apartment is good sized and easily fits 4. Both the rooms are spacious, though I wish the master had a king sized bed. The only issue we faced was that the kitchen and pantry wasn't as stocked as we liked, because we planned on cooking all meals while we stayed there. But cooking necessities like pots and pans as well as oil, etc. was very limited. The house gave a feel of a hotel more than a vrbo with personal touches. I would stay here for the location though as it is very close to the rocky mountain national park. We needed a close by place to go home frequently for the baby and then get to the park again and this place saved us a lot of commute time. Butthe tv in the bedroom needs updated because I was watching green people on the screen and the other bedroom needs a tv. The back door slammed every time you open it. Thought I would break the window. It also needs some small spoons and a spatula for the kitchen. Other than than the place was very well stocked and had a blast. We would come back in a heart beat. However dont bring a toddler, the decks balusters are broken. The weather was very warm during our stay and we were sad to see that there was no AC which happens to be listed in the description. We hoped to cool down in the community pool however that seemed to be in need of repair as the filters werent working and the water was so cloudy we couldnt see the bottom. We love to cook and found the kitchen well stocked with cookware. We loved watching the sunrise from the deck, complete with a porch swing. There is a nice moutain view and a view of Mary's Lake as well where there were plenty of elk, geese, and ducks passing through regularly. There is so much space in this condo and it sleeps six comfortably with 2 1/2 baths, privacy galore, and a beautiful common area. The mantlepiece is a work of art in itself. Close to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park, the location is perfect and we're looking forward to our next visit. Heide Stayed Jul, 2020 Review Our unit was beautiful to come home to after a full day out. The private deck has a glorious view and our whole group enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and winding down from the day. The rest of the condo is well furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. My only note of caution is apparently bears are very active in the area and actually tried to enter the unit next door while we were there. Just a warning to keep doors and windows locked at night! Penny Stayed Jul, 2020 Review Awesome views and perfect location..Easy to get to the park, downtown Estes Park, and the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway. Tip for folks who may not be aware, RMNP does require reservations so if you go online a few days before your trip and make some, you will not be caught off guard as we were. Or you can go early (Before 6am) or after 5pm (the later/cooler hours are better for spotting animals anyway). The condo is clean and furnished with all you need. That said, I found that the beds and furniture were not as comfortable as some places weve stayed. A small investment would make this a place wed return to every year. We did see a large heard of Elk from the deck and were able to drive down the hill and catch some great video. My husband enjoyed the telescope they supply for guest use. Great Place to Stay! Loved the gorgeous views on the deck. The morning sunrises were unbelievable and we saw elk in the meadow below. Beds were comfortable too. We ended up staying an extra night because we liked it so much. Two things could be improved...we arrived early and it was difficult to get an answer from anyone at SkyRun to see if we could get in early. We ended up unable to get in early. The other thing that could be improved was that it was noisy at night and very easy to hear our neighbors. I still would definitely stay at Snowy Peak again though. Erin Stayed Jun, 2019 Review I am in love with this cabin and it's huge back deck!! It was the perfect place, great location. The view from the deck is gorgeous! It had everything we needed. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook and not have to eat out the whole time. We did tons of hiking and it was such a peaceful place to just hang out at the end of the day. I will say the beds are very squeaky and not very comfortable and there are no pot holders, I have the finger burns to prove it (not so talented at using a towel instead).
