SUBMIT Nikki Stayed Oct, 2024 Review We stayed in room 203 and I absolutely LOVED the fireplace below the tv. It was so cozy to have on while watching a movie at night. Perfect way to wind down from the day! Also loved the extra counter space next to the bed so I could do my hair/get ready while my boyfriend showered. So basically you dont have to share the bathroom while getting ready. Bed was very comfortable, slept good! The fridge made a weird noise but I unplugged it, then plugged it back in then it stopped. The towel warmer didnt work well definitely turn it on way before you shower. Host's response: Thank you Nikki - We would have loved to hear about the issues with the towel warmer and the fridge while you were here. We will get our maintenance guys out to check both of these issues and get them corrected. SkyRun in Estes Park is happy you enjoyed your stay at Solitude Lodge. Brian Stayed Sep, 2024 Review location was incredible. our evenings were quiet and relaxing after spending the day at the park. convenient to downtown and RMNP! would for sure book again Host's response: Quiet relaxing evenings after a day in the park! Best vacation ever! SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love to host your next trip to Estes Park. Otis Stayed Sep, 2024 3 nights and 4 days We arrived Tuesday morning to a clean, beautiful room with lovely mountains as a backdrop and deer lounging out back. We roamed around downstairs where we found the owner and his staff as they greeted us with open arms and made us feel extremely welcome. They also gave us great tips on where to eat, different sites to see around town and trails to hike in the Rocky Mountains. We will certainly return in the near future to stay at this lovely "gem" called Solitude!! Maciej Stayed Sep, 2024 Review Everything went smoothly and as expected Host's response: We are happy to hear everything went smoothly. SkyRun Rocky Mountain would loved to host your next trip to Estes Park. John Stayed Aug, 2024 Review Very clean room, easy access, away from the busy streets of Estes. Very quiet. Host's response: Thank you for your review. SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love to host your next trip to Estes Park. John Stayed Aug, 2024 Great Get Away! We stayed for two nights at Solitude Gem Lake in Estes Park and had a great time! It was super quick and easy to get to Rocky Mountain National Park from our unit. Our rental unit was spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely comfortable and Connor, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He even offered to carry some of our luggage up the steps! Near our room on the second floor was a beautiful little outdoor patio where we ate a couple of meals while we enjoyed the gorgeous views. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay! Host's response: We are glad you enjoyed your stay in this cozy room and took advantage of the deck space to eat your meals! We would love to host your next visit to Estes Park. Sue M Stayed Aug, 2024 Nice place to stay Room was very clean, and nicely updated. As others have mentioned, convenient and quiet location. I didn't try the hot tub or towel heater, but those are nice extras, which I'd enjoy in the winter. SkyRun staff seemed eager to help when I had a question. Host's response: Thank you for choosing SkyRun and this cozy little room with a fireplace close to town and not far from RMNP. We would love to host you again. ML Stayed Jul, 2024 Solitude Lodge Aptly Named (Gem Lake Room) I absolutely loved my stay here. It was exactly as advertised - very clean, well stocked, comfortably appointed, and most of all peaceful and quiet. Even though close to a road, I had the feeling of being in the woods, in relative solitude. I had views of other cabins outside my window, but with all the trees, rocks, and other natural + designed landscape, I didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors other than the deer grazing a few feet away. I was on the 2nd floor, so didn’t have footsteps above me, but I did hear floors creak and footsteps in the hallways from time to time. This didn’t bother me, though as a light sleeper, if I were downstairs it probably would have. Other guests were extremely respectful and surprisingly quiet for a summer crowd. I had access to everything I needed, with plenty of options for temperature management (heating and cooling units, electric fireplace, windows that open and close with various shades.) All appliances/everything worked well and was in good repair. The keyless entry was nice. Communications with staff onsite and via phone, text & email before, during, and after my stay were smooth, friendly, and very helpful. The general feeling of the main lodge (compared to the slightly more expensive cabins/condos) was modest but extremely well taken care of, comfortable, and peaceful. I would definitely choose this location again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Host's response: Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed this cozy little room. It is always fun to see the deer right outside your window. We would love to host you again. Michelle Stayed Jul, 2024 Clean and convenient This was a return stay in this lodge. It is right as you come into town from Lyons/Longmont, so easy to get to. Very clean. I also really enjoyed the running path just across the street. You feel like you are in the country, but it's right on the edge of the city. Good communication from SkyRun. Host's response: Thank you for a great review - Solitude Cabins and Lodge is a great hidden gem. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Dustin Stayed Jun, 2024 Review Great place, would stay again. Host's response: Thank you Dustin. SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love to host your next trip to Estes Park. Hollie Stayed Jun, 2024 Review Perfect and clean! Host's response: Thank you for the kind words our field crews work really hard to make our properties here in Estes Park comfortable for our guests to enjoy. Sabrina Stayed Jun, 2024 Review We truly enjoyed staying at this location. It is minutes from downtown and there is a trail across the street that can take you right to the lake! Overall-this was a great location and very cozy! Host's response: This cozy little room with a fireplace is a great place to stay close to town! We are glad you enjoyed it! SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love to host your next trip to Estes Park. Brooke Stayed Jun, 2024 Review My husband and I loved this spot! It was close to the park entry, close to downtown, and was a gorgeous view. Highly recommend. Host's response: Thank you for your review. SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love host your next trip to Estes Park. Su Sanger Stayed Jun, 2024 Clean, convenient! This room was very clean! Pictures accurately represent it. I really liked that it was on the edge of town, easy to get to from the Front Range metro. I could go to many places without having to go through downtown traffic, yea! SkyRun communicated all the info I needed to check in and relax and enjoy my time here. I'll definitely be back to stay in this Lodge. Host's response: We are so happy you enjoyed your stay at Solitude Lodge. Thank we do try to communicate as best as possible. Nice to know when we get it right. The room was spacious and clean, loved the fireplace and we were able to take advantage of the quiet lounging space down the hall at night as well. Estes Park is really gorgeous and if we do get the chance to return, would love to try out one of the cabins next time Host's response: Thank you for the kind words! We are thrilled that you loved the lodge. SkyRun would love to host your return visit to Estes Park! Sharp Stayed Jul, 2023 Great location, beautiful scenery inside & out,! Like my title states, beautiful inside & out! The lodge is kept so clean…the moment we walked into the lodge , then into our room…I was so amazed, the fresh smell and the decor….looked newly renovated. The towels and amenities left in our room were a step above the hotel rooms we’ve stayed at. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Host's response: Thank you for your 5 star review!
