I think for 6 people it will be not enough space in this cabin because for sleep there are two king size bed and one sofa-bed. The location of our cabin is very private and does not overlay with other cabins, so be aware that there might be very close neighbors next to you if you chose the wrong cabin. We liked the quite environment, beautiful view, nice downtown of Estes park. We would definitely would like to come back to our cabin . Set back into the forest, it was very private. Deer, elk, chipmunks, many types of birds were abundant. Some supplies in the house were sparse, and the big table in the kitchen and on the deck, were too big for the space, but we were able to work around these issues. The cabin was the perfect location! Outside of town but only a few minutes drive to town, shops, grocery store, tourist info, etc. We were one of only a few visitors this week so it was very quiet. The cabin was very clean and amenities were excellent. The gas fireplace was much appreciated by the Californians who were always cold! We would definitely rent here again! The balcony on the back is a definite plus to watch for animals. We have stayed in this same cabin the last 4 years. James Blaine Stayed Aug, 2023 Love Solitude We have been coming to Solitude cabins for years, have stayed in several different cabins, and have enjoyed them all. We have two suggestions (one is easy): 1) Add a Roku device ($19.95 at Walmart) to your TVs. Currently there is only cable TV, and you can only watch so much "Shark Tank". The Roku fits into your HDMI slot and instantly converts your TV to a Smart TV that allows guest to access their Netflix, Disney, NFL, etc accounts. We own three condos in Destin Florida, and we canceled our cable TV (saved over $1,000 each annually), and installed Roku devices on our TV's with no complaints from our guests. All you need is WiFi and you have that. 2) A portable air conditioner for the bedrooms would be nice for the occasional hot Summer evening. Host's response: Thank you for your review. The location is great with an easy walk to the playground at Stanley Park. The check in/out process was easy. I loved the extra balcony that my cabin had off the upstairs bedroom. The place was spotless and so comfy. The view was awesome and we even had elk stop by in the evening. It rained a lot while we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the patio too much.
