Shawn Stayed Sep, 2022 Review Our group was comprised of two couples and four kids 4 years-old and under and we had a great stay. There were plenty of supplies and amenities largely matched what was in the listing. We did have trouble cooking the upstairs. As others have mentioned, the airflow doesnt seem sufficient. Things did cool down a bit as the outside temperature cooled be the upstairs was generally warmer than the outside. Also we had an issue with the jets in the upstairs bathtub. Some debris blew out when they were turned on and caused a bit of a mess. Those likely need to be serviced. However, all else was great and we really enjoyed our time. We even had a herd of elk surround the property as we watched from the back windows and balcony. It was a great jumping off point to the national park entrances. It was maybe 20-25 minutes with pretty heavy weekend traffic in downtown Estes Park and near the RMNP entrances. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend. We love visiting Estes Park and this home fit 5 of us easily. Very clean, nice beds, well stockedit had everything we needed except working AC. We visited in hot August and the house never really cooled down. We were thankful for the many fans to use throughout the house, though. The only other thing we were surprised by was that the house backs up to small hotels, and our first night there one had a loud outdoor party with a movie from 4 until after 10pm. It was so loud and bright when we were exhausted. We were thankful the other nights were quiet. Very clean. As described, with an excellent location and communication. We stayed during the hottest period of July. There was very poor airflow through the property and made for a very warm stay. I do not think this would be an issue during other times of the year. 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out seemed at the extreme of normal for the price. It is a short walk to the lake and in an area where the traffic isn't bad. Good location. You could walk to town on the walkway that goes by the lake. Very close to the marina and horseback riding. Stayed Aug, 2021 Super spacious and comfy This was a perfect property to stay with some friends while we were in Estes for a wedding. It was a 5-minute drive to pretty much anywhere in town. The bedrooms and shared spaces were huge and very comfortable. We comfortably had 3 couples there who all had tons of space. It was warm in Estes Park the week we were there, but the fans in the unit made it comfortable. It did get hot at night but the extra fans helped. We would highly recommend it! Family & Friends Trip Our stay was filled with many memories. The condo was the perfect respite to return to after a long day of hiking. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and we enjoyed group meals in the dining room. It was great to sit on the deck in the evenings and watch the sunset and see the stars. An evening walk by the lake on our last night was enjoyed by all. We watched the geese jump in and swim one-by-one to their destination. Overall, Estes Park was a wonderful second stop on our trip and we will definitely be back! Christian J. Stayed Jun, 2020 Almost Perfect Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is clean with plenty of room for the four of us to relax. Hard to beat for the price relative to others in Estes Park at this time. The complaints are pretty minor but could be resolved easily if owners would like. For example, the only window without a covering is the one above the TV in the living room. So, those in the next door town home looked right in from their deck at night - no privacy. Spend a few bucks on one more window covering. Additionally, the window coverings in the master bath didn't cover the windows - you wouldn't want to take a shower at night 🙂 Finally, this next door town home was also a rental and they sat out on their deck a lot and talked. Very little privacy if you want to sit out on this town home's deck. The town homes are just so close and sound echos. If that doesn't bother you then you'll be fine. The kitchen has about anything you could need. The lay out of the bathrooms (separate/private sinks down stairs plus the powder bath) is great for groups. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Location is good with being able to walk to the lake, or drive a short distance to get to town.
