Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the immediate proximity to Roosevelt National Forest, where "doorstep hikes" lead directly to the crests of Rams Horn and Lily Mountain. Practical amenities include a two-car garage alongside additional driveway parking. The home's expansive wooden deck serves as an outdoor living room for alfresco dining and relaxation, providing a smooth transition to the main entrance. Facing east and southeast, this large deck stays shaded in the afternoon while framing views of the nearby peaks.

The Primary Living Area-
Completely updated and professionally furnished, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath duplex property brings designer style and a two-car attached garage to your mountain stay. The interior pairs earthy wood textures with clean gray tones, allowing the brilliant western light and mountain backdrops to take center stage. Every corner is optimized for guest comfort, anchored by a fully equipped chef's kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and separate coffee and wine bars. The layout easily handles large groups, offering three seats at the massive island and eight more at the main dining table.

Head out to the grand balcony for an incredible, front-row seat to endless mountain views. Back inside, the entire group can unwind in comfort around the beautiful moss rock wood-burning fireplace. Rounding out this main level is a stylish, contemporary powder room positioned right by the garage door and the lower-level staircase.

Next Floor Down-
Descending to the next floor reveals three bedrooms and the home's laundry facilities. The primary suite features a king bed and a private three-quarter bath highlighted by a glass-door shower. Just down the hall are two additional guest rooms, both with Queen beds, that share a well-positioned full bathroom with a traditional tub and shower. A hallway closet on this level houses the washer and dryer for easy access.

Once these initial supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for purchasing further items as needed.

Trail's End provides complimentary PICKLEBALL equipment for your use. You will find the equipment stored in the two car garage.
The Stanley Park Sports Complex Stanley Park’s amenities include three ballfields, a dirt-track mountain bike park, new skate park, 4 tennis and 8 pickleball courts, a new basketball court, a playground, two picnic shelters, a grassy area for concerts and festivals as well access to the Lake Estes Trail. The address is 380 Community Drive in Estes Park.

Thanks so much for a wonderful Christmas setting for our family. My parents were the original owners and I grew up coming here and my husband and I brought our 3 children here. This Christmas we were all here- along with our children's spouses. We look forward to coming back in the future-perhaps with our grandchildren. I found my mom's cookbook in the sideboard and left you a little history in it. Happy New Year!
