The primary suite offers a king bed and a beautifully appointed attached bathroom complete with a jetted standalone soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, creating a spa-like space to unwind at the end of the day. The second bedroom features a queen bed and provides a quiet, comfortable retreat. The third bedroom includes a daybed and also serves as a functional office space, making it ideal for guests who may need to work remotely during their stay. A shared hallway bathroom conveniently serves the queen and daybed bedrooms.

Upon entry, you’ll find a full dining room to the right, offering a dedicated space for gathering over meals. The updated kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and includes a cozy breakfast table for casual dining, morning coffee, or planning your day’s activities.

The large living room provides ample seating arranged around a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings. Just beyond, the sunroom offers additional seating and entertainment space, complete with a foosball and pool table combination, perfect for friendly competition and family fun. Natural light fills the home, enhancing its bright and welcoming feel.

Step outside to enjoy the large back deck, ideal for outdoor dining, reading in the coastal breeze, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Conveniently located close to Seabrook Island’s main hub, you’ll have easy access to island amenities, dining, and activities while still enjoying the privacy of your own comfortable retreat.
