The house was in a good location and our surrounding area was private. Although the house was not rented prior to our arrival, they wanted to charge and additional fee to check in a mere 2 hours earlier and for an already expensive house, that was a complaint we had. One bedroom had sheets with hair on them, but there were extra clean linens in the closet. Otherwise, the house was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Similarly, you asked for a 3-hour early check-in, and that does have a $50 fee + tax.
