The rear porch of the home overlooks a green and pond on the golf course. The walk to the beach is a very easy, very short walk on a tree-shaded paved path to and over the dunes. Homes can not be directly on the beach because of the required set-back from the dunes so we had the best of both; a golf course view and a very short walk to the beach. The home was very clean. All of the rooms were spacious including the back porch which was my brother's favorite place to sleep at night. We hope to return in the fall.
