NOTES ON PARKING AND SEABROOK AMENITIES:
SkyRun has your gate pass covered for up to 2 vehicles! If you have a 3rd car, the fee for that gate pass is $45. Gate passes are INCLUDED with your SkyRun rental. If you need a 3rd, contact us at least 2 weeks before arrival ($45 additional). Two weeks before arrival, please provide the name of 1 person per car for each pass; any licensed driver can drive after the gate pass is issued. All rentals include amenity cards providing access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, and tennis. Additional greens and other fees may apply. There is a refundable $15/amenity card fee. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply

This place was exactly as described, from the beach club pools to the rest of the amenities. There was some miscommunication between the management and cleaning party that delayed our check-in; however, management took care of us and called in for an expedited cleaning while we had dinner on their dime. We really appreciate their quick responses and willingness to do the right thing to enhance our experience. We are looking forward to another family trip.

Review

The house was well situated for our family of 7 plus our dog. For us, the beach was not a walkable distance but the host never claimed it was. Easy drive and plenty of parking. House itself was a little dated but clean and had everything that we needed to cook dinners, etc.

Excellent property

This was a perfect spot for my family and I. Super easy access to the beach, pool and other amenities. We rented some bikes and had an easy ride to everything in 5 to 10 minutes. Next time Im bringing my clubs! We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Place Professional Staff

We found this to be a convenient well laid out property. I found those I had questions for to be very friendly, professional, and helpful! It was somewhat frustrating to me to be having several different business names emailing me about the property and our trip. I was afraid I would either miss something important or be scammed by someone unfamiliar. This is partly because I am old school and would like to just pick up the phone and make a reservation and deal with one person/business. But I cant be the only one.

You reserved your stay on VRBO, but they are not the property management company. And certain security measures are necessary to obtain the gate pass and amenity cards.
