The unit was as described and we love the property, have stayed there a lot. There were a ton of families checking in at the desk in the tower, a kid was even kicking a soccer ball back and forth with his parents, and I felt bad for the woman working there by herself, she was totally overwhelmed. When we checked in with an arm full of groceries, it was extremely disheartening to find that the refrigerator did not work at all. I then went to shower after traveling almost 24 hours, and there tons of very long black hairs all over the shower. The bathroom trash had a used tissue in it as well. I alerted Steve to these issues right at check in and received a response the next day stating he was grateful gor the feedback. I have been a host for years so may be a bit critical - but we would have appreciated if he tried getting the refrigerator fixed, and sending housekeeping to come up and tidy up the bathroom, that's just basic decency.
