We had reserved the Oceanview penthouse originally, but unfortunately, there was a water issue and we had to be moved to a different penthouse the day of arrival. We were definitely sad to not have the ocean view, but we still enjoyed the room we were moved to. The covered balcony was very convenient and relaxing. The rooftop gave us the privacy we wanted to just bathe in the sun without having to carry all of our stuff to the beach. The shower was amazing and I loved the rainfall option! The bed was comfy and I loved that cable was available on the TV. Staff and valet were very nice and welcoming! We were close to everything we needed to be near, which was extremely convenient. We didnt use the hot tub because it was definitely too hot outside, but it was nice to have the option. Would definitely stay here again (hopefully in the ocean view penthouse).

Steve fue sper amable y nos pudimos comunicar con l cada vez que fue necesario.El lugar estaba hermoso, cerca de todo y el parking est a una cuadra. Lo nico que podra criticar es que no haban algunas cosas para poder hacer la limpieza y que el sof cama tena algunos desperfectos y necesitbamos usarla para que duerma mi hijo. El resto realmente increble.

I cannot say enough about this place! My first visit to Miami and didnt know any neighborhoods so wasnt sure exactly where Id be. This place is in a PRIME location! And once doors are shut, its quiet. The property itself is as lovely as the pictures depict on the website. Only 2 things to report less than 5 stars. 1) I didnt receive a code the day of check in like I was supposed to. Arrived late in the evening and couldnt get in touch with a person for almost 30 minutes. Thought I might have to find a Motel 6 or something. Make SURE you get your code early! 2) the jets of the soaking tub on the roof were weak. I fell in love with the Miami around this property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great place. The hot tub is a little old and has sand and debris in it that you can't really clean out, but it isn't really dirty and functions just fine. You need to fill it up yourself which is nice for hygienic reasons. I do wish that it was made more clear that there were spare towels, sheets, and a safe hidden in the drawers, and that the broom given wasn't broken as water from the shower and sand from the beach get everywherrreee. The pool was difficult to find as there weren't instructions on how to get to it, but it was empty and clean whenever we used it. It also has a gate that leads straight to the beach walk which is helpful. Overall really nice. The place is quiet and private and directly next to everything.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I love that this listing is right on top of ocean drive and only 5 minutes away from the beach! You are located by everything, so there is no need to rent a car. My only dislike is that the room is a little outdated (no smart tvs).

Steves place is phenomenal. I have been to Miami A LOT of times and this is the best place I stayed at. The two level deck is superb. You have the privacy, view and jacuzzi up there its really a vibe. The inside is spacious and can easily fit a family of 4. The check in process is easy and communication is top notch. I think he may respond in his sleep thats how fast you will get response no matter the time.

We really enjoyed our stay! Steve was very accommodating and gave us spot on instructions for checking in! This is an excellent location and close to the beach and shopping! There was coffee and lots of towels, beach chairs and an umbrella! The rooftop hot tub was very much enjoyed. You have to fill it yourself but it takes only minutes to fill and this way you know the water is always clean! Theres a partial view of the ocean from the rooftop and a cozy day bed to enjoy. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was that it was a bit outdated. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is very clean and well kept. Steve is very responsive and he made sure everything was perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze. So many things to do around the area and the beach is only steps away. We will definitely be back!

Best place ever! Rooftop, nightlife, beach!
No matter what you need from South Beach, everything is at your feet! The condo is in premium location with the beach 2 min walk away ( just cross the street and it is there!), the night life surrounding you with Espagnola and ocean drive directly downstairs, shopping with Lincoln mall 7 min walk away or the convention center a few blocks north!The unit is comfortable with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed and is well appointed with Keurig, toaster, microwave. It is also well isolated from the potential outdoor nightlife noise, and has a rooftop to die for! Sneak peak onto the ocean, daybed and jacuzzi for private sun time. This unit faces 15th with no direct vis a vis. Will be back for sure!

What an amazing AirBnB. Not only was this apartment beautiful, clean, and easy to get to - its centrally located to EVERYTHING. We walked just about everywhere in Miami Beach and were practically on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants/bars/clubs all around with the famous Ocean Drive being across the street. The apartment was spectacular and could fit a family of four easily - even the sofa bed was very comfortable. We took advantage of the fridge and microwave a few mornings along with the silverware. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Steve!
