The unit is located at one of the best parts of South Beach- literally, a one minute walk away from the legendary Espanola Way. The rooftop hot tub and seating is next level. I like this place because of its location I find it convenient and it’s close enough to the action without being right in the middle of the action if that makes sense. The bed is comfortable and I enjoy sitting on the terraces because there’s two and just watching people and the gorgeous sunrises. Quick walk to anything South Beach has to offer. Unit had beach chairs and an umbrella for use. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work on the rooftop terrace. My only critique is that appx a week out we received our access instructions which stated, Should you arrive past 10pm you will need to wait for another guest to hop on or off the elevator. We are not responsible for check in access before 4pm or past 10pm and hotel staff will not be able to provide access to the elevator. Our flight did not land untilpm so we knew we would likely not be arriving until after 10pm. After a long day of travel the last thing we wanted was to have to sit and wait for someone to even have access to our room. We texted the number numerous times in the week leading up to our trip and received no responses. After the 3rd time calling the we finally talked to someone. Apparently now the access issue is until midnight. Would have been a 5 star review if not for comms. Smack in the middle of SOBE. Everything is super close, walking distance. The beach is literally across the street. However it is a double edge sword being in the middle of it all because it was quite loud at night. Its only 4 stories up so the noise of busy collins ave can be a bit much. Overall I would recommend this place if youre looking to party & stay up all night SOBE style. The reservation staff (Leidy) was extremely helpful and gave me a nice discount for booking direct. The apartment is like a very nice hotel room with the added bonus of a beautiful balcony overlooking the city (with a tiny peek view of the ocean over the neighbor's wall.The bed, shower, bathroom and lounges were all very comfortable and spacious. We actually didn't bother renting a car, it was a short cab ride from the airport (Uber was fabulous), and walked to various places in the historic district and shops and restaurants without any issues.
