We had a wonderful time! The condo and amenities were fantastic. The room was very quiet, no noises from above or neighbors, the view was fabulous. The location was exactly what we wanted.Only thing to be noted is the bathroom and shower layout could be awkward for some.

Would 100% definitely stay again!Had a fantastic stay, it was extremely relaxing. The condo is the last one in the hallway on the 12th floor so nice and quiet with views down to the East wing pool/hot tub, across to the canals and also to the beach.Great facilities in the building/hotel and the apartment was very nicely decorated (exactly as shown) - THE BED AND PILLOWS. OMG SOOOOO COMFY!!!!!The only couple of things Ill mention thats truly worth taking note of are:1. If you plan on cooking meals then you need to bring your own herbs/spices/oils etc as even though the kitchen has all the utensils and cooking equipment you would need the pantry was empty.AND 2. The bathroom only had one set of hotel size bottles of body wash/shampoo/conditioner (no moisturizer at all) and there is no maid service on the residents wing rentals so be sure to pack all your own toiletries.***instacart app delivery service was super fast though so I got sorted in no time.

By far one of the best places weve ever stayed! Beautiful and comfortable condo with everything we wanted - beautiful balcony views, kitchen, jacuzzi, large shower and comfortable bed. This property is perfectly located near award winning restaurants within a two block radius. The pool areas were excellent, the property is exceptionally maintained and clean. We enjoyed the chair and umbrella beach service and there was always sufficient availability regardless of the time of day. Check in was a breeze. We would absolutely stay again!

nice stay in FLL. Apartment is in separate tower from the hotel, in a residences building. We took advantage of the beach chairs (access to two included in room, additional would cost extra). The place wasn't spotless, but neither are we. Communication wasn't the best but we did get everything we needed by the time we needed it. Kitchen is really well stocked with tools, etc. Laundry in unit was a life saver. We would stay here again.

Our family had the most relaxing stay at Steves place escaping the cold, gray, Midwestern winter.The kitchen was very well equipped so we didnt have to spend $$$ going out to eat for every meal. The two pools at the hotel, in addition to the beach directly across the street, kept us immersed in water and sunshine for the majority of our stay. The balconies were an unexpected treat, so when our son wanted to watch his shows (Roku TVs in both the living room and bedroom were welcome touches) I could still charge my solar batteries outside.The prospect of leaving this home away from home bummed us out so much that we decided to extend our stay, however Steves apartment was unavailable. We will know for next time we need at least a full week here!

Best of Both Worlds
Staying is the W Residences is fantastic. You get all the amenities of staying in a well run resort, BUT also you get the privacy and quiet of staying in a private residence. The complex is two towers. One is the hotel, the other is the Residences. View of the beach. Full kitchen . Washer/dryer inside the unit. Someone could live here and be very comfortable. Place was clean when I arrived. Property management company was very easy to work with . I will return.

Such a prime location! Just far enough from all the craziness so it doesnt keep you up or crowd the area, yet walking distance to great bars/restaurants/night life etc. the space was perfect and exactly described. Once we figured out how to get to the pool attached to the hotel portion it was amazing and every staff member we encountered was very kind. Cant wait to visit again!

Perfect location. The accommodations were better than we had hoped. Great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was so nice to have the balconys with a view of the bay and the ocean. Loved having El Vez downstairs. (We are from Philly so have been to the El Vez there). We also ate at Tokato which I highly recommend. Great to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Everyone was super nice. Just a wonderful experience!

The location on a high floor, provides great views of the inter coastal as well the beach. It was very comfortable and was just what we needed to escape the cold Pittsburgh temps! Overall a great experience! Its a beautiful unit with everything you need for a nice stay. I do think its a very Airbnb type of place in the sense you can tell people have been in and out of it. But its what I expected. Loved having the kitchen for morning coffee and making a few lunches. The washer and dryer was a plus too, even just for throwing clothes into the dryer to get wrinkles out, ha! Would return to this unit!

Little update needed in bathroom and kitchen. Not a fan of the open bathroom (carpet next to the bath and odd placement of sink). Some dirty dishes and cigarette butts. Easy checkin and checkout. Overall, a great place. The host Steve, usually replied within a few minutes, and the place was very clean. The kitchen had just about every utensil you could possibly need. You also get access to two pools which was nice, since the resident pool is usually much more quiet. Having an umbrella and 2 chairs at the beach included was also a great touch. Just be aware that theres like a $35 daily fee + $47 daily parking fee that they will collect at checkin. I thought that was a little pricey, but compared to other nearby rentals, I would still consider it a win/win. Had a wonderful stay, thank you!

My husband and I booked with SkyRun for our 5th wedding anniversary trip to Fort Lauderdale. Our overall experience was great. The unit is exactly as pictured with spectacular panoramic views. The walls were a little scuffed in some places but thats to be expected with frequent turnaround. The W hotel was wonderful and we made use of the included amenities. My only complaint with our stay was lack of communication prior to check in. We attempted to contact SkyRun to inquire about late checkout 2 days before our trip and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone. We called multiple phone numbers, left numerous messages, emailed, and tried the website chat feature but did not get a response. The only way we could reach them was by calling the W hotel and getting a personal phone number for Leidy who is an employee of SkyRun. Once we finally got in touch with her she was SO helpful. She explained that they were in the process of implementing a new system which is why we could not reach anyone. By the end of the call with Leidy we had everything we needed in place and the trip went very smoothly. If not for that situation which caused unnecessary stress this would be a 5 star review, and despite that I would still stay again.

Steve is a great host, photos show the space perfectly. Great location near all the activity and the beach. Great that guests can use the W hotel pool, gym etc. Would definitely book here again.

The place is beautiful from the living room to the bed room to the balcony. The concierge looked shocked when they come to get our bags and quoted that it was one of the nicest rooms theyve seen in the hotel.

Very clean place to stay. Enjoyed the beach and having the chairs and umbrella included. Had an unfortunate thing happen when we arrived but nothing the owner of the condo could do since the valet guys dropped a bag of souvenirs and broke them. Valet for the 10 nights was paid by the hotel. Overall a great stay and would definitely go back.

This is a wonderful corner unit that offers privacy, quiet, and beautiful views. The pictures are entirely accurate capturing the charm and comfort that this unit offers. The floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom give you spectacular views both day and night...along with two small terraces to enjoy. You have access to all the W Hotel amenities and the beach is just steps away. Loved every minute of being there and will definitely do it again. Thank you for a truly lovely stay!

I would recommend staying at Steve's place. The space was very modern and stylish and came with many great amenities like fiji water, keurig pods for tea/coffee, etc. It was mother's day weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised that they had a mother's day balloon and champagne waiting on us in the room. I also think the location is great as it is withing walking distance to restaurants, starbucks and the beach of course. The balcony and views from the balcony were also nice. It was also nice to have access to the hotel amenities such as the pool and their chairs. A daily $35 facility fee is paid to the hotel, however it includes 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and 2 bottles of water, which I thought was worth it. My only issue was that there were a few areas that did not appear as clean as I would have liked but still clean enough to be comfortable.

April 2019. Condo exactly like pics. Modern/Clean. Nice corner unit. Facilities at W Hotel were good , main pool + smaller queiter pool in residences. Property Manager Leidy was very gracious and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for all!

Clean and beautiful apartment with a desirable location. Very safe and secure. The only issue I ran into was the exorbitant resort fee and parking fee. In addition to my regular rate I had to pay $237 for the privilege to stay here. If money is no concern, this is a fabulous place to stay.

Place was great. Check in was so easy. Spotless clean, everything you need was available. I must say its hard to find a good bed and bedding outside of your own and we actually did in Steves place. We felt like we were at home and was feeling little sad leaving. Definitely recommend it to everyone and to the pickiest people this coming from a couple that travel a lot and real picky where we stay.

Lovely place! The photos dont quite do it justice. Part of the W hotel, so you receive access to many of its amenities. We loved the two pools and easy access to the beach! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bathroom (shower and bath) is open to the bedroom, which worked fine for us but may not be ideal for everyone. Really nice overall!!
