OMG SOOOOO COMFY!!!!!The only couple of things Ill mention thats truly worth taking note of are:1. If you plan on cooking meals then you need to bring your own herbs/spices/oils etc as even though the kitchen has all the utensils and cooking equipment you would need the pantry was empty.AND 2. The bathroom only had one set of hotel size bottles of body wash/shampoo/conditioner (no moisturizer at all) and there is no maid service on the residents wing rentals so be sure to pack all your own toiletries.***instacart app delivery service was super fast though so I got sorted in no time. Just be aware that theres like a $35 daily fee + $47 daily parking fee that they will collect at checkin. The unit is exactly as pictured with spectacular panoramic views. The walls were a little scuffed in some places but thats to be expected with frequent turnaround. The W hotel was wonderful and we made use of the included amenities. My only complaint with our stay was lack of communication prior to check in. We attempted to contact SkyRun to inquire about late checkout 2 days before our trip and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone. We called multiple phone numbers, left numerous messages, emailed, and tried the website chat feature but did not get a response. The only way we could reach them was by calling the W hotel and getting a personal phone number for Leidy who is an employee of SkyRun. Once we finally got in touch with her she was SO helpful. She explained that they were in the process of implementing a new system which is why we could not reach anyone. By the end of the call with Leidy we had everything we needed in place and the trip went very smoothly. Very clean place to stay. Enjoyed the beach and having the chairs and umbrella included. Had an unfortunate thing happen when we arrived but nothing the owner of the condo could do since the valet guys dropped a bag of souvenirs and broke them. The pictures are entirely accurate capturing the charm and comfort that this unit offers. The floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom give you spectacular views both day and night...along with two small terraces to enjoy. You have access to all the W Hotel amenities and the beach is just steps away. Loved every minute of being there and will definitely do it again. Thank you for a truly lovely stay! Kerri Stayed May, 2019 Review I would recommend staying at Steve's place. The space was very modern and stylish and came with many great amenities like fiji water, keurig pods for tea/coffee, etc. It was mother's day weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised that they had a mother's day balloon and champagne waiting on us in the room. I also think the location is great as it is withing walking distance to restaurants, starbucks and the beach of course. The balcony and views from the balcony were also nice. It was also nice to have access to the hotel amenities such as the pool and their chairs. A daily $35 facility fee is paid to the hotel, however it includes 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and 2 bottles of water, which I thought was worth it. My only issue was that there were a few areas that did not appear as clean as I would have liked but still clean enough to be comfortable.
