Stayed Jul, 2025 Perfect getaway with the family An absolutely beautiful place! The kids especially enjoyed hiding in the loft and hiking up to the treehouse. Butch - family trip Stayed Jul, 2025 Everything you need for a perfect vacation in the Rockies! Our family stayed at the 7 Dudes house for a week, from late June through early July. The home had more than enough space to comfortably accommodate everyone. The house itself is beautiful, fully equipped with modern conveniences, and the setting is absolutely stunning. A scenic hiking trail begins just behind the property and is definitely worth exploring. Nederland is only a 10-minute drive away and offers a well-stocked grocery store along with several great restaurants and bars. During our stay, we enjoyed a variety of excursions, including trips to Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, whitewater rafting, a bike tour of Boulder, and several excellent hikes. The management company was outstanding—coming out on July 4th, no less, to quickly fix a minor mechanical issue. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way and is sure to impress anyone who stays here. Everything was clean and well maintained upon arrival, with more than enough room for my group of 7. There were amazing mountain views. The host was friendly and communicated well. We enjoyed the colorful dishes, and the kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal. The lower level had a great television to watch a movie with comfortable seating, and the wood burning stove which made it so cozy. We had plenty of room for our entire family. The location is perfect for a private and peaceful vacation. The Weavers provided a clean home with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of room for big groups. Games, puzzles, cornhole provided which was a nice plus! They were responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. The provided firewood was nice to get the fire place started.
