It was beautiful and bright and clean. It was perfect for our family of 4. Excellent location. Close to a drug store and a grocery store down the street. Close to highway access and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The outdoor seating area was amazing! Niko Stayed Oct, 2024 Review The house was in pristine condition and the spaces and rooms were perfect for our family with 2 toddlers and 2 grandparents. The kids slept upstairs with us with the 4 year old in her own room and the 2 year old in a travel bed we brought in the big-enough Primary Suite closet lol. Grandparents had their whole space downstairs in the basement. It was at the edge of the Five Parks neighborhood which is great for afternoon walks and centrally located between Boulder, Golden, and Denver (within 5-10 min difference). The front of the house and Primary Suite face west without a home in front so we got to see lovely sunsets over the mountain. Road noise did not bother us at all. Access to the neighborhood park just a couple houses away was great for the littles. The home is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a family of 4 to feel like we were in a home away from home. The master has really beautiful views of the mountains, and the neighbors were all very friendly. Having the garage is a must as parking is limited. All in all, we enjoyed our time at Holman Haus and wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend. Ashley Stayed Nov, -0001 Review We had to find a place to stay quickly due to an unplanned kitchen renovation, and this was perfect for our family with two small toddlers. The house had many of the essentials in the kitchen along with kid plates and utensils. Most importantly, the neighborhood was nice safe and The Airbnb was wonderfully clean and accommodating. This is a wonderful option for families or a smaller group as the rooms and bathrooms offer a lot of privacy. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.
