The place was nice and well kept, plenty of room and towels. Didnt like the fact the garage and pantry was locked off as a storage to the owner. so we couldnt put our car in the garage and had to put our groceries on top of the cabin because there was not much cabinet space. The views from the porch are AMAZING! We enjoyed the board games that were available and had a lot of great family time and made amazing memories that will last forever.The cleanliness wasnt great. Toilets were dirty, the coffee grinder in the kitchen hadnt been cleaned. Freezer was dirty and there was only half a roll of toilet paper in master bath with none to restock. Remotes in master bedroom didnt have batteries so we had to purchase them to watch tv. There was also trash under the sofa, along with quite a bit of dust, but that is easy to miss. It would be nice to have had some blinds or shades between dining room and property next door...we felt a little watched.All in all, it was a great stay and I would stay again and refer to friends. Stayed Dec, 2018 Beautiful home near the slopes We enjoyed staying at this property for a long weekend in December 2018. The location is very close to Winter Park, but also in the fun town of Fraser which has a lot of amenities. You can drive (less than 10 minutes) to the slopes, or take a shuttle. The townhome is clean and well-kept. The layout makes it feel roomy even for a group of 8. The kitchen appliances are top notch and the kitchen is well-stocked with quality pots & pans and even condiments. We cooked in each night, and even used the gas grill one night. The private hot tub is easy to use and a big plus - perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. There's space for 2 large SUVs in the driveway. Definitely a great property!
