The location is very close to town and Winter Park ski resort, plus there’s a bus stop down the street. The Neighborhood was quiet and the views from the deck were fantastic. However, for this price point, it could benefit from a few more “amenities” and comfort items. The check-in information and communication was prompt and helpful. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and it’s nice having so many bathrooms. We had a group of ten of us stay and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the house. It is Winter Park so you can hear the train at night. Some in our group brought earplugs for that reason. Hot tub was nice and clean. The living room and kitchen area were great for hanging out and conversations did not overrun each other’s. The only negative is the sound travels upstairs from the kitchen and living room because of the open loft viewing from the hallway on the top floor.
