Walk out the door and you are at the lift. The place was very well appointed for a Airbnb including various sundries like coffee, popcorn, etc. Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped for a rental. My only criticism is the hot tub situation is kinda whack - you need to walk all the way around the building to the shared clubhouse and pay $20 per person per day. They do disclose this in their ad (can’t remember if it was when I booked) but it’s more a criticism on Granby Ranch than the owners. Host's response: Thank you for the detailed review! We are not skiers but it would be a perfect place to put on your skis and step out the door to the lift. We did however golf at two courses in the area which was also convenient to this condo. Unlike many Airbnb listings, the space looked just as spacious in person as it did in the photos. Ashley Stayed Dec, 2025 The condo was perfectly located at the base of the mountain at Granby Ranch. It was perfectly located for skiing with our children, as the easiest runs are right out the door. The locker included with the condo made it so easy to ski and store skis easily. The condo itself felt even bigger in person. The layout was perfect for our family of four. Bathroom was very clean and felt large, with a nice tub. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The pull out couch was very comfortable for our kids, and they loved having their own tv. We could look out our balcony and see the action on the slopes, although it mostly faces the street. That was not a drawback at all. Our kids also loved the very heated pool and hot tub after skiing. The team at SkyRun was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation at the base of Granby ski resort. Facilities were clean and the use of the lockers on ground floor were a plus. The only thing we had difficulty locating was the pool and when we did we were told the hot tub wasn't working properly. We will definitely return in our family trips to come. The only problem we had was the code given to us didn't work to get in. We called the number the owners gave us and they quickly responded with another code which worked the whole weekend. It also took us awhile to know how to lock the door whenever we left so it was basically unlocked when we were gone with no problems! We would love to use this condo again!
