Comfortable beds , bathrooms, easy to use tvs. Loved the indoor parking & elevator access, with easy to use trash & recycling. Inconveniences: gas grill shown in photos was not present, balcony glass doors were dirty and pigeon droppings were all over the deck and its furniture. Kitchen table held lots of crumbs and food waste in grooves (we bought a tablecloth); missing kitchen essentials included salt and can opener (bought one of those too) Door lock malfunctioned , we replaced batteries and that seemed to work). A couple of maintenance items: bathroom sink stopper in hall bathroom, curtain rod in master bedroom, lightbulb out in master closet. One of the kitchen chairs needs repair glue.
