The condo had everything and more -- all clean, comfortable and in topnotch condition. Really wonderful patio, grill, firepit and hot tub! Lots of folks renting nearby but everyone observed the quiet hours -- it's not a late-night party place, yay. The only hitch was that we were counting on using the activity partner's freebies, but they were no longer available. Management did make an honest effort to make that right, which we appreciated. The property was clean and comfortable. The location was great and an unexpected bonus was the brewery that we were easily able to walk to each afternoon. We loved the patio, and the kitchen was well stocked. A big plus for us, was that it was very family friendly. They had a high chair, pack n play, plates, bowls, and utensils for young children. Condo fully equipped with everything needed and more. The only issue was an odor. Upon initially entering the unit we thought the smell was the carpet from dogs and after opening the windows it wasn't noticeable. However, anytime we left and closed the windows, the smell was very strong when we returned. Toward the very end of our stay we started thinking that perhaps the smell was not pet related and could be gas, either natural gas leaking from an appliance or perhaps a sewage venting problem. Again, besides our initial entry, it was only noticeable the couple of times that we left the unit for most of the day and had all windows closed.
