It was clean and cozy with ample room for people to sleep and a show-stopping view! Patrick Stayed Jul, 2021 Review This place is a great spot with great views, but somewhat poor management. Firstly, when we showed up the place was covered in dog fur. When we complained. they came the next day to clean it up and apologized, but frustrating and time consuming after telling us "the owner doesn't have a dog".Secondly, we had 1 person knock wanting to deliver some washer/dryer, and 15 min later a guy coming to paint. Not sure of the scheduling but wasn't expected. We received no apology or any compensation for this and was told to talk to the kitchen designer. Unsure what that means.Aside from that, nice place, nice desk and sauna and hot tub, and was a nice experience that could be greatly improved by a bit better management. Host's response: Patrick,rrYou are right the owner planned a renovation but it did not finish in time. We tried to honor reservations in-between but he did not communicate with us on what was planned. AND he had a friend stay with a dog right before you arrived and also did not let us know.
