Kitchen needs some new cutting boards, frying pans, additional plates and bowls. Beds were very comfortable. This is one of the better units I ve stayed in. This set up is very nice, the rooms are well appointed, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and gadgets. This unit has a really great corner courtyard/patio and you can walk right out to the pool deck. The views of the mountains are incredible and the proximity to the gondola is a five minute walk. The amenities were very nice as well as there were plenty of towels for bathing and for the hot tub area. Check-in was easy with an access code and the parking area is amazing. Be sure to pre-pay for the parking for the number of days you ll be there or you ll get stuck trying to get out. This was not the case with us, but we were stuck behind a car that did not take care of things for way too long trying to leave. Pride of ownership really shows in this particular unit as the furniture was nice and comfortable and the beds were comfortable and well appointed. We also appreciated that there were plenty of spices in the kitchen and the washer and dryer actually worked. We have stayed in units at founders pointe where the washer and dryer don t actually work. If you are looking for a place to stay in the winter or summer, this is an excellent location at the Winter Park resort area. We will definitely try to stay at this unit again.
