Beth Stayed Jan, 2024 Review We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit and the management company, SkyRun, was superb! The house was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want or need for cooking/eating. SkyRun was extremely responsive, pleasant and very easy to deal with. We got there and realized the instructions didn't include a code to access the garage (which you do have access to, unlike the other reviewer wrote) and SkyRun promptly responded via text within 5-10 minutes. I would highly recommend this unit. We felt like we were in our own home and would certainly stay there again. Jen Stayed Dec, 2023 Review The place was nice and well maintained. The owners were also extremely responsive and the access instructions were clear. However, the condo was at the ski resort but the map and gps we were given show the condo in downtown Winter Park. We rented this place because of the perceived location. When we called the owner he was really nice about it and agreed the gps was incorrect. He gave us the correct location via phone and we had no trouble finding it. The garage at the condo is not available to use and parking on site is limited to one vehicle, something to keep in mind if youre traveling with a group. Not the owners fault but the hot tub had not been maintained so we didnt get in. Host's response: Sorry about the location issue. We hope you were able to embrace the cozy Old Town Winter Park location. The garage is available for guest use. I would like to apologize for not making that more clear. There is one heated stall provided as well as one outdoor space. There is additional on-site parking available on a first come first serve basis.
