The house was so well outfitted with everything we could need (which is rare these days). The kids loved sledding on the driveway. The game room and the hot tub were a huge hit with adults and kids alike. We even saw a fox in the yard at dusk one evening! There weren’t large spaces to hang out but we didn’t miss that because there were so MANY spaces and everyone could spread out. Sky Run was wonderfully responsive and took great care of us! The hot tube, we used once, then it got way too cold (haha) but the family members that did enjoy it said it was perfect. The view they enjoyed made it even more special.The beds, so comfortable!!!! The bedding, ate you when laid in them.When the game room electronics would not turn on, the host responded quickly with assistance on how to fix the issue.They had a poker table, we did not use, but it was a great feature.Silverware/utensils were all there as we needed them. Plenty of pots/pans and dishware.Big minus was the fact that only one bedroom had a TV (which we could not turn on) for our smaller children. They did have WIFI for the children’s iPads/phones. Kitchen was set up well and they had lots of the things you forget you needed. House was clean and it was just a great vacation spot. Whether it was them or us we missed that there was no air conditioning. It was a little stuffy in the afternoons, but it was usually cooled off at night before we went to bed. I didn't realize it was not on the water, but we could see a view from the front porches and windows. The house was perfect, I just need to read the discription more thoroughly! Host's response: John- The temps in Grand Lake in the summer can get up to 80 (rarely) but drop to 40's at night. If you open windows only in the evening it can cool of the house during the day. The house provided ample room for the family along with all the amenities of hot tub, grill, and well supplied game room along with plenty of room to congregate. My favorite spot was the sitting room in the Master Bedroom with a serene view of a snow capped mountain on the NW side. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave. We re coming back!
