We could bike or walk all over to trails, restaurants, etc. And the free shuttle was right outside the door to take us if we didn't want to bike or drive. The views are spectacular. There are bike paths everywhere and our kids loved riding even just out the back door where we could watch from the sun kissed balcony. The game room entertained the kids and us adults endlessly while we were at the house. It's meticulously maintained, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and spacious. This must be the best rental in all of Winter Park! The whole time we felt we were living in luxury. There's a bowling alley/movie theater right down the road, a grocery store really close and the ski area is only 10 minutes away. The bus is about 10 yards down the road. There are also lots of trails for snowshoeing or skiing and the house has a game room and hot tub. So you have a group like ours with lots of different ages and needs check this place out!
