The views were amazing and the house was clear and nice. The only disappointment we had was the pool listed is $10/person/per day extra, which we didnt know. It was a nice pool and fun to go to! Located just steps away from one of the lifts at Granby Ranch but a bit quieter then the hustle and bustle of the base of the mountain. The private Hot Tub is so relaxing. This was our second time staying at this property in the winter, and third overall as we staying once in the summer. The views are incredible and the house in perfect for our family. Tons of space to spread out and we loved eating meals in the family area. The snow was great while we were there and Granby Ranch looks to be investing in the mountain. Noah and Sarah Fink Stayed Aug, 2023 Returned for Summer We came for a week this winter and then decided to come back and stay again this summer since the house fit our family so well. (Four kids and friend) The summer stay was even better. So many things to do; hiking, biking, golf and music at the base. Granby even has a local rodeo five minutes away that we went to twice. Visiting Monarch Lake might have been the highlight. Weather was perfect for our stay. The house was super comfortable in the summer and the back deck was perfect to sit and enjoy the views. The two living areas allowed the kids to have their own space downstairs. We appreciated that we could store most of our ski gear in the locker on the front porch. We found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable and would recommend different mattresses for the bedrooms. We did walk to the owner's lift from the property but found that to be difficult in ski boots. This home checked all the boxes. Location is great, walk to the lifts at Granby Ranch and the drive to Winter Park was easy and quick. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook some nice meals. The hot tub was so nice after a long day and the views were incredible for all over the house! Each room & bathroom were just as described. Our kids had so much fun in the lower game room, they didnt even sleep in their designated spots. There were left over spices, olive oils, & some actual helpful and healthy sauces & seasonings. We left several as well. I didnt know they had a cleaning company so I did all the dishes and linens, rugs, etc anything and everything that could be cleaned we did it. The hot tub worked perfect, all the showers had great pressure and hot hot water. Great pots/pans/Pyrex and utensils. The only thing I could not find were mixing bowls so I used the large pot to mix ingredients then washed it out to then cook with. The Wi-Fi did not lag & i I had a 17, 2-15 yr olds & a 14 - NOT ONE COMPLIANT! Its that kind of place when you walk your OCD or ADD parenting worries can not even begin to flare up.
