9K Getaway was made for families who want to vacation together—grandparents, parents, kids, cousins and friends included.

Across four incredible levels, there's room for everyone to gather around the dinner table, challenge each other to games, watch movies, soak under the stars and make memories together—plus plenty of spaces to spread out when everyone needs a little downtime.

Start the morning with coffee and views of the Continental Divide and Winter Park Resort while the kids sleep in. Spend the day skiing, hiking, biking or exploring Winter Park. At the end of a ski day, leave everyone's skis and boards in your private locker at the base of Winter Park Resort instead of hauling the whole family's gear home.

Back at the house, the kids can head to the game room or heated garage while the adults relax by the fire. Gather everyone for dinner, settle in for a family movie night, unwind in the Nordic sauna, soak in one of TWO private hot tubs, or head to the rooftop decks for drinks, conversation and Colorado stars.

Named for Winter Park's legendary Mary Jane ski territory, this floor was made for family fun.

Pile onto the couch for movie night, play the two Polycade arcade machines, start a family foosball tournament or grab a snack from the kitchenette. A gas fireplace keeps the space cozy, and the backyard hot tub is just outside.

The bunk room features two Full-over-Full bunk beds, making this an especially fun level for kids, teens or a family to claim as their own.

And there's more next door. The heated garage doubles as another game room with basketball, darts, cornhole and ping pong—giving kids and adults plenty to do even when the weather keeps everyone inside.

A true gem

We absolutely loved our stay at 9K getaway. The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and so comfortable for our group of friends. There are multiple patios throughout the home, which were perfect for enjoying morning coffee and taking in the gorgeous views. The rooftop hot tub was definitely a highlight, with an incredible view that made the experience extra special! We also loved how walkable the location was to several great restaurants. It was the perfect combination of comfort, beautiful scenery, and convenience, and we had an absolute blast. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Winter Park Wonder!

9K Getaway is a Winter Park wonder! Meticulously appointed, there’s a place just for you. Relax on 1 of 3 decks as the sun rises over the Continental Divide & sets behind pink tinged clouds. Hot tubs & sauna provided the perfect place to unwind after a hike. Spaces to curl up with a book or gather with family abound. We enjoyed activities in the lower level such as board, card, and video games. The heated garage has a Colorado Cornhole game, ping pong, basketball & EV charger. Local art throughout the home highlights Grand County treasures, like Rocky Mountain National Park, creating a super cool vibe. Morning coffee & evening tea are easily accessible at the beverage bar outside of the bedrooms. Our group simply loved the massive kitchen. Numerous details show thoughtful planning. This home is simply the perfect place for multigenerational families to make memories! Aspen trees near peak, mountain biking, Confluence Park, fishing - a perfect package. Can't wait to return to 9K Getaway

Fantastic Experience

If 10 was a perfect score, I would rate 9K Getaway a12! It is newly built with all the convenient bells and whistles. The high ceilings on the main level, along with an open design, provide a feeling of comfortable living spaces with great views of radiant aspens, evergreens, rolling natural topography, and nearby trails. The kitchen was amazing! Pull out drawers in the cabinets make it easy to reach all items and the soft-close feature make for a very smooth process. There is a large island with sink and bar chairs for informal snacks, a gas stove, and a very technologically advanced refrigerator. Also, the large eating table accommodates groups of any size with ease, and provides, along with the exterior deck, beautiful panoramic views. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, each with private baths, and laundry for convenience. The top-level features hangout space to enjoy board games, a sauna, and one of two hot tubs to relax and look at the stars. The lowest level has a family/game room vibe with another bedroom including bunk beds for the younger crowd, plus another bathroom. Even the 2-car insulated garage is incredible! It has an extra high ceiling for shooting baskets, a dart board to test your skills, table tennis, and a corn hole game. There are flat screen TV’s on every level, gas fireplaces, and wonderful theme art that never lets you forget you’re in the mountains. This condo is just minutes away from the gondola and lifts at Winter Park Ski Resort. You can take the local shuttle to the slopes and back or drive yourself. The town of Winter Park is an easy walk to shops and restaurants along with the many trails close by. We just spent a week there and can’t wait to come back . . . so many things to do and see year ‘round. My highest recommendation for this home. You won’t be disappointed!

Spectacular!

As a first time visitor to Winter Park, my immersive experience began as I stepped over the threshold into 9K Getaway. The decor beautifully highlights the delights of Winter Park in all seasons (no words can explain…check out the photos. Wow!) My husband and I chose the beautifully appointed Wildflower Suite with private bath. Its deck was the perfect place to watch the sunrise and photograph the glowing aspen at their peak of color change. After our day’s activities, which took us to many places highlighted in the decor (i.e. the Gondola), we either gathered with our friends around the warn fireplace or enjoyed a little friendly competition. The game selection is incredible. The serenity of the rooftop floor (with sauna and hot tub) was also very appealing and a favorite place to relax. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and 9K Getaway now ranks #1 on our list. The decor, the amenities, and the unobstructed views are unbeatable.

Perfect Spot

One of my favorite activities was sitting on the balcony off our bedroom and watching the sun rise while reading a novel. The deck has comfortable chairs, is private, and is ideally located to view the undeveloped mountain side and wild life (high powered binoculars were thoughtfully provided by the condo owners). A short walk from the condo will take you into Confluence Park, where you can walk through the woods along a trout stream. The sound of the water rushing over the rocks in the steam was as relaxing as being near the ocean on a beach. This vacation rental would be ideal for our extended family as it would appeal to all age groups!

Review

9k Getaway may be the coolest place we have ever rented! It was the perfect mountain escape for our family and friends to gather, unwind and make memories! We loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and cute local shops in town. We started and ended most days on one of the decks enjoying the sound of the river and the view of the Continental Divide - we even saw a moose out back! Hightlights for group included laughing together playing board games for hours, relaxing in the huge sauna & two hot tubs. The cherry on top was the immersive art, super cool retro video games and the outdoor games in the garage which the teens and adults all loved! We will definitely be back when we visit Winter Park!
