I have 15 month old twins and usually dint allow them to crawl around because I feel like most places arent very clean- the condo was immaculate! Hot tub a short walk, sauna in the unit. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The kitchen is stocked with whatever cooking utensils or gadgets you need to prepare a meal. Great parking. Easy access to the slopes if you drive or shuttle. Note the laundry is in the ground floor of the the adjoining condo. We enjoyed that it was newly renovated with nicely appointed upgrades compared to other units. The location was perfect and in walking distance from everything you'd need in this quaint town. Even our 26 month old Granddaughter walked so that says a lot. We also used the indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub which everyone in our party enjoyed. The neighbors were atrociously loud banging on the floors and walls the entire weekend. There is a sauna in the condo in place of the laundry room so there wasn't a place to do laundry. This condo is conveniently located near tubing and skiing which was nice. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from just keep in mind most businesses are still closing very early due to covid. The bathrooms have their own heaters, and the balcony has spectacular views of the mountains. The unit is only minutes from restaurants, stores, and the Winter Park resort. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit was the best part of our Winter Park vacation. There are a few amazing scenic byways pretty close, mining for gold, amazing hiking and some super cute boutique shops will keep you busy if you need a little downtime! The condo has covered parking, as well as some visitor parking just in front of the building, you do have to walk up stairs inside of the building which is a little tight but there are lockers downstairs for skis during the winter. Upon walking in, there is plenty of space for hanging coats, umbrellas, hats.. etc. the space is very uniquely decorated and the furniture is well appointed and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, both of which have a large shower with complimentary toiletries Incase you forget something! The living room has a lot of natural Light, fireplace, large television, board games and extra seating. Both bedroom have floor fans and extra blankets just Incase the temperature isnt comfortable enough for you. The master bedroom was incredible with a very comfy bed and subtle little touches for amenities you may just forgot at home (shampoo, towels, etc). The condo is located in downtown Winter Park just on the outskirts between Winter Park Resort and downtown, meaning the shortest shuttle rides! Theres a brewery and pizzeria immediately across the street and great breakfast spot down the road with less than five minute walk. The only downside was the outdoor hot tub was out of order but the indoor was pleasant. I would recommend this condo to anyone and will book it when we return to Winter Park! It was located about 2 miles from Trestle Bike Park (which is why I was in the area) and there was a bike path that went from the bike park almost directly to the property. The rental unit was immaculate! It looked as if it was very recently remodeled and there was a TON of space for the price. The unit has 2 generous bedrooms and a ton of living space. If I would have booked a room at the resort for the same price...it would have been a tiny efficiency condo with little space. Lastly, this property is right on the edge of Winter Park. It is super easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and even the grocery store (if you only need a couple things). In the evenings when we were at the property, we pretty much walked to town every night...because it was that easy. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place! The condo itself was very nice. Lovely furnishings, nicely appointed. We went during a very quiet time of the year-did not hear people upstairs much (that is good). We turned the oven on without looking inside-somebody left a really gross dirty 9x13 pan in there. Unfortunate. Who knows how long it had been in there-stunk up the place a bit. I was bummed there was only one kitchen garbage bag-but we made due with plenty of grocery bags available in the condo. **** The fitness center is a bit run down in my opinion, but I was never in there anyway- all my time spent outdoors. Location very very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Rented bikes just down the street and had a great time riding area trails. Problem with the TVs- texted management about it on a Sunday and nobody got back to me until Wednesday (I had already figured out and fixed the problem). Stayed Jul, 2019 Our Stay at Snowblaze A14 This is a great condo, second floor with parking beneath on the first floor, just a short walk up. With its bicycle theme rather than the usual winter skiing decorations, it is a refreshing change. On the porch with your favorite morning beverage, a great view of the mountains. Shops and ice cream parlor are walking distance in the next block. There is a city shuttle service and the shuttle stops use repurposed ski lift chairs. There is a Safeway grocery in the next town of Fraser, about 3 miles away. The town of Grand Lake is about 34 miles/45 minutes away and is a great tourist destination. It was originally an outfitting and supply point for the mining settlements. It used to be Our stay was from Tuesday, checking out Friday. The drive from Denver to the location was awesome, with awesome views!
