It was quiet and peaceful, with stunning views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains from the wrap-around porch. The house was beautifully appointed, with comforting décor and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook wonderful meals. After long hikes, the sauna and hot tub got regular use and were perfect for unwinding. The location is close to everything Grand Lake and Granby offer, giving easy access to activities while still feeling private and peaceful. We had 2 families stay and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, having 2 King suites was amazing, also has a Queen bedroom with a private ensuite. The large lower level had plenty of bedding for the kids and a very comfortable couch. The setting is so peaceful, the views for morning coffee was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings as the sun was setting. The house was very clean and everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. The hottub, sauna, large kitchen, and cozy living rooms made staying in feel like a full vacation…so relaxing. The cherry on top is that the views are exactly as pictured! Such a great way to wake up! Grandby is a small small town, so we mostly stayed in and relaxed. But you’re only a short drive away from some great activities (winter park, hot springs, horseback riding, quaint restaurants).
