The porch is amazing with 2 firepits to keep warm. Very convenient location- close to the lake and the restaurants/shops. I hope to snag this spot again the next time I visit Grand Lake. Interesting and uniquely decorated, comfortable couches, modern kitchen with all cooking gear (glad to have Salt & Pepper provided), clean and new fridge and oven and very spacious. The back patio next to the river was beautiful and loved the sound of the river 24 hours. Chilly in October but the outdoor fire pit enabled us to sit outside at night and listen to the river.
