This is my third time staying at Timber Fox 1309 because we have had such a great experience! It is cared for meticulously, and it is always super clean. It has a comfortable main room with plenty of seating. The fact that it is close to town and the mountain is so amazing, and it makes it easy for everyone to enjoy the vacation (skiers and non-skiers). The bus schedule is easy to follow and picks up not too far from the condo. Would highly recommend! It’s a short walk to the bus stop (and short ride to the mountain) and it’s walkable to everything else. The place is set up perfectly - optimized for beds, screens, and lounging. If you like a long day at the slopes, a beverage or two, and a ball game or two on the multiple TVs, look no further. A clean & cozy abode in close proximity to all the local watering holes, we could just as easily walk to downtown as we could take the bus to ski. This is easily one of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. Everything is brand new. It's immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you need. It was right in the center of everything. It has many beds. The kids enjoyed it. The only thing is the fact it is on the 3rd floor and the 4th floor was very rowdy. There was running on the 4th floor well into the evening (10/11pm) some nights. The place was well cleaned, had everything it needed. The refrigerator water filter was red and needs to be changed but otherwise all appliances were in good condition. I stayed here in early March 2023 with a few friends I hadn’t seen in awhile. The bunk beds were a wonderful surprise! (But not as much as the hot tub). The food, nightlife, and ski rentals are all within walking distance, and there is a shuttle that runs to the mountain if you don’t have a car. What else could you ask for? This place is just about a brand new complex and rental. There were a few minor things missing b/c they are so new, BUT, 1) the managers were EXTREMELY responsive, fixed everything right away and 2) The price given the location for a music festival weekend was probably half of what it could have been, so we were happy to help them work out the minor kinks while they are just getting started. It was modern, clean, and the location could not have been better - it was a quick walk to a number of great restaurants (Deno's, Unravel Cafe, Randi's, and more) and a short bus or drive to the mountain. The town itself was very charming and was a perfect escape from the city - it was a great place to relax and spend some time outdoors. This condo was particularly cozy, with a fireplace, a large dining table, and comfy leather couches (with two TVs - which kept the whole group happy!). We cannot wait to return this fall! It slept my whole group comfortably, and we were able to hit the slopes every day. The mountain is so convenient to Timber Fox, and there were more than enough runs to keep every skier (beginner to advanced) in the group happy. There are tons of walkable restaurants nearby, which was super helpful because we kept getting more snow. For the nights we cooked, this condo had every item we could have wanted in more.
