This condo was perfect. Very beautiful inside and well maintained. It is very intelligently designed and uses space well. But our favorite part was that it is in walking distance to the only free sledding hill in the winter park / Fraser area and so many great restaurants. My kids loved it, and I loved that we could just keep the car in the covered garage and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This apartment was very nice and clean. They provided list of local restaurants and activities to do near the Airbnb. The apartment was very cozy and has great natural lighting. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book this stay again! Winter Park is a beautiful city with breathtaking views!

My favorite Winter Park place!
This is my third time staying at Timber Fox 1309 because we have had such a great experience! It is cared for meticulously, and it is always super clean. It has a comfortable main room with plenty of seating. The fact that it is close to town and the mountain is so amazing, and it makes it easy for everyone to enjoy the vacation (skiers and non-skiers). The bus schedule is easy to follow and picks up not too far from the condo. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding Winter Park weekend
I’ve stayed in Winter Park twice now - both at Timber Fox 1309. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! It’s a short walk to the bus stop (and short ride to the mountain) and it’s walkable to everything else. The place is set up perfectly - optimized for beds, screens, and lounging. If you like a long day at the slopes, a beverage or two, and a ball game or two on the multiple TVs, look no further.

Winter Oasis
Timber Fox was a wonderful home base for our Winter Park weekend. A clean & cozy abode in close proximity to all the local watering holes, we could just as easily walk to downtown as we could take the bus to ski. The bunk beds were an added bonus as I’m accustomed to sharing a bed on trips. I would definitely recommend Timber, and would stay here next time I visit!

Great location. Bus stop is on the property to goto Winter Park. Only minor complaints are there were zero tissues included in the rental and the pillows left a lot to be desired. But other than that great property in a great location, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Convenient to Town & the Mountain
Great stay in Winter Park at this lovely condo! I was so impressed with the short trip to the mountain - both the drive and bus ride were super quick and easy. I also loved being able to walk to dinner each night. The place has two televisions in the living room which were great for watching sports after a day of skiing. I would 10% stay here again.

I've returned to this Winter Park mountain condo multiple times, and it never disappoints. Its convenient location near town makes it an ideal base for exploring, and the unit's cleanliness is impeccable. It's a cozy and charming retreat, making it a perfect choice for a winter getaway. So good I had to come back!
I stayed here last year and loved it so much that I had to return. This is easily one of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. Everything is brand new. It's immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you need. It's within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, markets, etc. Construction has finished since last year, and everything is nice and quiet. A+ location if you want to enjoy Winter Park skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.

Great location but too much stomping
We enjoyed the location a lot. It was right in the center of everything. It has many beds. The kids enjoyed it. The only thing is the fact it is on the 3rd floor and the 4th floor was very rowdy. There was running on the 4th floor well into the evening (10/11pm) some nights. The place was well cleaned, had everything it needed. The refrigerator water filter was red and needs to be changed but otherwise all appliances were in good condition.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay in this exact same spot during our next travels to the area. The host was super responsive and allowed an early check-in last minute. The entire home was lovely and spacious. The outdoor fireplace was a great addition. As a family who cooks on vacation, we enjoyed the kitchen setup and all of the extra kitchen supplies available for our use. We highly recommend this location.

The location of this property was excellent, right in town close to the main street and within easy walking distance to the Winter Park restaurants and shops. Great location. Walking distance to most everything that is needed or short drive to resort. Covered and secured parking was great. Immaculately clean. Well equipped kitchen for short stay was appreciated. Outside propane tank was empty but perhaps on purpose. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home/condo unit. The unit was exactly as pictured online and the space was open and clean with comfortable furnishings and open concept. Within walking distance to a great little coffee shop as well as numerous restaurants and a park for the little ones. Location was just down the road from Winter Park Resort, which made it extremely convenient. The host was incredibly attentive and clear in their communications and instructions. A great place to make new memories with old friends
This is the definition fine living—brand-new amenities, tasteful decoration, strong wifi, walkability, basically everything you’d ever need on a trip. I stayed here in early March 2023 with a few friends I hadn’t seen in awhile. The bunk beds were a wonderful surprise! (But not as much as the hot tub). The food, nightlife, and ski rentals are all within walking distance, and there is a shuttle that runs to the mountain if you don’t have a car. What else could you ask for? Would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

In Winter Park for a music festival. The location was a 3 minute walk to the entrance! It was well appointed all around. This place is just about a brand new complex and rental. There were a few minor things missing b/c they are so new, BUT, 1) the managers were EXTREMELY responsive, fixed everything right away and 2) The price given the location for a music festival weekend was probably half of what it could have been, so we were happy to help them work out the minor kinks while they are just getting started. We would happily stay here again for more money, assuming the details get worked out. And given how responsive they are, I know that they will be!

Cozy Mountain Getaway
We absolutely loved our time at Timber Fox and have plans to return to this condo again! It was modern, clean, and the location could not have been better - it was a quick walk to a number of great restaurants (Deno's, Unravel Cafe, Randi's, and more) and a short bus or drive to the mountain. The town itself was very charming and was a perfect escape from the city - it was a great place to relax and spend some time outdoors. This condo was particularly cozy, with a fireplace, a large dining table, and comfy leather couches (with two TVs - which kept the whole group happy!). We cannot wait to return this fall!

I visited Winter Park during Easter, and let me tell you, I had an absolute blast! The condo is absolute gem for any summer, fall, winter, and spring escape. The moment I stepped into the condo, I was blown away by its neat condition and stylish design. The thing I loved most about Timber Fox 1309 was its location, which was very close to downtown Winter Park. I was able to enjoy lots of delicious food from various unique restraunts. I am planning on visiting Winter Park again and will definitely be staying in this Condo!

Holiday Gathering
I had the pleasure of staying in this condo over the holidays. The skiers in my group utilized the convenient shuttles that run regularly to the resort only a few miles away. This place was in immaculate condition and the space was perfect for our group of 6. It has great access to hiking trails, restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores. I can’t think of one thing I didn’t like about the condo or stay. I will absolutely rent again in the future.

Great Place For A Summer Stay
This was a great place for an early summer stay! The condo itself is beautiful and accommodated our group of 6 with ample space. The back porch was great for coffee in the morning. We rented bikes at a shop that was a short walk away and used them to hit the trails in Winter Park. I'll definitely be back!

Stayed here in January of 2023. Great location walking distance from restaurants and a short drive from the mountain. Wi-Fi was strong and supported video calls for my work. Bunks are great for larger group.

Spring Break Skiing!
This place was awesome for spring break! Each part of the day was convenient - a lovely kitchen for making breakfast, a short jaunt to the slopes each day, a spacious hot tub right downstairs, and an easy walk to our favorite Winter Park restaurants. We loved having 4 individual beds in the bunk room as opposed to sharing. It was also really nice to have covered parking when 9 inches of snow fell while we were there. I'll definitely stay at Timber Fox again!

Already Planning My Next Stay
I visited Winter Park for New Year's last year. This place was even better than the pictures showed. It slept my whole group comfortably, and we were able to hit the slopes every day. The mountain is so convenient to Timber Fox, and there were more than enough runs to keep every skier (beginner to advanced) in the group happy. There are tons of walkable restaurants nearby, which was super helpful because we kept getting more snow. For the nights we cooked, this condo had every item we could have wanted in more. I'm already planning to head back next year at the same time — I can't recommend it enough!

Winter Wonderland
I stayed here over the winter holidays. This place was warm and cozy! All the amenities of home were available. Easy walk to local restaurants, shops, and the park, even with snow on the ground. It was also wonderful to be so close to the ski resort. Loved my Winter Park Christmas! I’m planning to visit again during the summer months to hike and experience a different season. I’ll definitely stay in this unit again!
