SUBMIT Christina Stayed Apr, 2024 Review This place was gorgeous--the pictures don't adequately convey how nice the unit is. And very comfortable--the beds were great and the rest of the furniture was also comfortable and useful. There was a great variety of games and activities for all ages. The kitchen was amazing, and well stocked with equipment and basic essentials. The linens were also amazing--so soft and clean. Proximity to Winter Park was a priority for us, and this fit the bill. We didn't count on the wonderful view of the mountain and Fraser River, plus super close access to the trail along the river. Easy check in and check out, with minimal cleaning required. Super responsive host. Also, the unit is actually quite close to the community hot tub, which was comfortable and well-maintained. I appreciated that the condo was all one floor, which is somewhat unusual for a three-bedroom, because it allowed the adults to be on the same level as the kids. Will definitely try to rent again. It was a quick 2 minute shuttle ride to the base or about a 10 minute walk. We have skied at Winter Park two other times, and this place was the nicest of the three. It was in walking distance of Alpine Sun ski rental so we were able to wake up and walk to get our ski equipment and then catch the bus right across the street. We took advantage of the wine fridge and the huge jacuzzi tub after a long day of skiing! They supplies humidifiers which was a nice touch considering we are not used to the dry mountain air. It even snowed while we were there. Very relaxing to watch the snow falling as viewed from the enormous and bright living room. Big windows have a great view of the Fraser River and ski slopes. This condo is spacious, well-equipped and really clean. Lots of nice cookware, appliances and stemware. The Weber gas grill on the deck was awesome. We walked up to the resort which took about 10 minutes and to the town of Winter Park on the Fraser River Trail, which took about 35 minutes (it would be about 15 minutes by bike). In Winter Park town, there are lots of restaurants and places to get a drink, even a brewery and a distillery. We're definitely going back for ski season and we will stay at this sweet condo. Mike Stayed Sep, 2020 Fantastic condo This condo was wonderful. We loved the wide-open living/kitchen/dining space. The kitchen was very well equipped with a large island and the dining room would seat 8 (12 counting the counter). The 3 bedrooms were spacious with 3 very nice bathrooms. The view from the condo was amazing .... it over-looked the Frasier River running thru the middle of the pine trees. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room made this view even more breath taking. The deck faced this same view and had a nice Weber grill for cooking. We did a long walk along a paved path that starts just about 50 feet from the condo. This Frasier River trail goes for several miles to the town of Frasier and perhaps beyond. We will definitely return sometime during the ski season!!!
