Lisa Stayed Jan, 2024 Review Condo is in a great location and underground, heated parking was a huge plus (additional fee applies.) We were only there for a few days so to not have to spend time messing around with shuttles, parking, etc. was great. The condo is pretty small so sleeping 5-6 would be tight (my opinion) but for just my son and I, we were just fine. The unit could use a little TLC so youre really paying for the location but the location is great and the host was super responsive with any questions I had. Host's response: I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed the great location of the condo, and the convenience of underground, heated parking was a significant plus for your short stay, even with the additional fee. It's understandable that space might be tight for 5-6 people, but I'm glad it worked well for you and your son. My husband and son enjoyed mountain biking (you can store bikes in the parking garage cage if you're a guest of zephyr mountain) and the whole family got to ride the alpine slide and did all the fun summer activities in the village. Others made it seem like the check-in process was confusing, but if you read the detailed instructions from Sky Run, it is very straight forward. Just make sure to pick up the key cards from the PO box first thing before you park. Our kids loved watching DVDs in the condo and the bunk room was so fun for them!The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook our meals in the unit. The patio was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. Highly recommend and we are already looking forward to booking again and coming back soon. Host's response: We emailed you specific instructions on how to get the keys from a lock box and in the same instructions asked you to return the keys to the same lockbox upon check out. They charge us for lost keys so we have asked you to cover the cost. It can be confusing because there is a lobby but it does not service guests through Airbnb. I do not know of any places here in Winter Park with A/c because the temperature drops below 50 at night so opening a window cools of the place quickly. Underground parking was very nice. We really enjoyed being right in the village and all it has to offer. Unit was well stocked. Only complaint was the lifts for beginners was a rather long walk in ski boots. We later learned to wear our shoes to the walk to the lift and carried them with us in a back pack while skiing.
