They contacted me early in the day to let us know we could check in before the 4 PM time. Also gave advice that there were some dips in the road to the house so to drive slow. Overall excellent customer service and very comfortable property for a girls weekend. We were traveling with dogs so the dog run was especially appreciated! Julia Stayed Oct, 2023 Review Great spot for a group of friends to gather for a week of fun and relaxation on the Western Slope. The place was super clean, has a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice linens, and the private back yard was a big plus. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. It is close to the airport, but there wasn't any disturbance from the air traffic. We love staying in Grand Junction, went to Moab one day, out to eat often, and hiked or biked every day we were there. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, that is central to town and CMU. The amenities are everything you would need. Only suggestion would be auto shut off for the coffee pot for the forgetful people like us! The rooms and beds are really nice and linens were all new and beautiful. Lots of pillows and cozy blankets. Very cozy and private and a great neighborhood. The owners were quick to respond if we had any questions. We were their first guest so we were very excited to be in a new rental that came up the same day were began to look for a place.
