Pool Heater
We have a gas pool heater available for your comfort. If you would like to use the pool heater during your stay, there is a $100 surcharge.
We monitor the gas usage before check-in and right after check-out, so we’ll know if it has been used. The fee will be charged if the heater is turned on.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
• No Smoking: Strictly enforced inside and outside the property; any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses.
• Pet Policy: Welcoming to well-behaved pets (limited to 2 dogs, 50 lbs max each, with a $100 fee; breed restrictions may apply); please clean up after them and keep them off furniture.
• Security Features: For your safety, we have 1 exterior camera (Ring doorbell at the front entrance). No indoor cameras. Backdoor alarms on both doors leading to the backyard to alert access to the pool area.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in for flexibility; standard times are 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out. Any late check out must be preapproved and will be charged a fee. If you need check out later than 12pm you will be charge for the full day.
• Damage Waiver: Rest easy with $1,500 coverage through Waivo (terms apply).
• Additional Rules: No parties or events; maximum occupancy 6 guests. Enhanced cleaning protocols ensure a spotless arrival. Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday; place the trash bin at the street side the night before.
