The bright open-concept living and dining area features a large smart TV, comfortable seating, and plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen boasts white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for home-cooked meals.
Bedrooms include a spacious king master with TV, a queen secondary bedroom, and a versatile kids room/office with twin bunk beds, desk, and TV.
Step outside to your backyard featuring partial privacy walls on the sides (shared with neighboring units) for some outdoor space and fresh air. Additional amenities include Free WiFi, washer/dryer, and modern comforts throughout.

House Rules & Important Notes
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• No Smoking: Strictly enforced inside and outside the property; any evidence of smoking will result in any applicable cleaning or odor-removal charges.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (100 fee per stay). Maximum 35 lbs per pet. Pets must stay off furniture and be cleaned up after. Undisclosed pets may incur any applicable charges and possible removal.
• Security: Exterior Ring doorbell camera and one camera on the front of the house above the garage. (no indoor cameras)
• Check-in/Check-out: 4 PM self check-in | 10 AM check-out. Late check-out requires approval and may incur fees.
• Damage Waiver: 1,500 coverage through Waivo (terms apply)
• Additional: No parties or events. Maximum 8 guests. Enhanced cleaning ensures spotless arrivals. Place trash curbside night before pickup.
