This impeccably remodeled, second story condo features tasteful finishes and overlooks the pool! With two bedrooms and two full baths, this two story condo is the perfect place to escape to the mountains! The main living area features a great open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. There is a dining area with a nice table and seating for six people! The kitchen has been completely re-done with modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There are two comfy couches perched in front of the stone-wrapped gas fireplace in the living room. The living room also has a great flat screen TV, and a shelf full of movies and games! Off the living room is a wide patio with a BBQ grill and a nice bistro set overlooking the pool. Under the spiral staircase to the second level of the home is a nice nook for dropping coats, helmets and ski boots. There is one bedroom on the main level with a king bed, TV and decent closet space. The bathroom has also been extensively remodeled and features granite counter tops and a tub/shower combo. The second story bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a stall shower and features cute ski decorations. Complete with a semi-private work space with a spot to dock your laptop, this bedroom also has vaulted ceilings and features a king bed! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Aside from the incredible amenities in the condo, you'll love Flying Dutchman for its value and convenience. The outdoor pool is open year-round and there's a large indoor hot tub too! The complex also has a sauna and laundry room. The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up right at this property every 15 minutes to take you to the slopes! If you would rather drive, it would only be about a 5 minute drive to River Run or Mountain House base area. Beautiful Condo with all the essentials needed by travelers. Even beach towels for provided for the pool and hot tub. Close to all the mountain towns, Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Cooper Mountain and Breckenridge. Very close to Keystone Mountain. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. The grounds are beautiful in summer and parking is close to the building entry. The condo was clean but I dont see how the $200 cleaning fee can be justified for a small condo. The toilet paper, facial tissue, and paper towels are the worst possible quality, the dishwasher was full and they ask to remove all trash. Im good with helping but this is the highest cleaning fee weve ever paid and have stayed in 4 bedroom single family homes before. Also, there was a closet door that was broken, the shades in the loft do not retract so its very dark and stuffy up there. The box fans provided did not help cool the loft for comfortable sleeping at night so I highly recommend they install a ceiling fan. Overall, the condo was well furnished, great location and provided a good place for us to stay. Courtney S Stayed Jun, 2023 Great weekend at 1127 Flying Dutchman We had a great weekend in Keystone, enjoying the summer sunshine and afternoon thunderstorms, and getting out to hike around the reservoir and in the nature preserve. The beds were super comfortable and parking was easy. The hot tub was out of commission, which would have been nice to know ahead of time, but it was not a huge deal for us. Our one complaint about the property was that the kitchen is not well stocked with cookware at all. There was one fry/saute pan that was teflon and heavily scratched, and there was no flat baking sheet to be found anywhere, so cooking was a bit of a challenge. We also could not get the grill to work at all. We would recommend adding some new pans to the mix so that folks who want to cook can do so without having to risk ingesting teflon from the scratched pan. Jen K. If you have 6 people, you might want to bring an air mattress instead of using the pull out couch, its definitely a pull out couch. The two other king beds were very comfy! The check-in office is closer to the mountain, so make sure to read the instructions before heading to the condo. Communication was great! The keys did not work consistently to enter the pool area but once we were able to enter, the pool was surprisingly warm which allowed us to swim even when it was in the 60s. We were very thankful for this. We were told there would be towels in the pool area but there were not so bring down from the room so you dont incur another trip upstairs. We would rent here again. The gorgeous walking path is right behind us, access to route 6 is easy, we can walk to Keystone Village and River Run. In addition, the pool is great. Although the buildings are showing their age and could use some freshening up, our unit was remodeled and in perfect condition. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. We hated to leave. Merlie W. It was very convenient to Keystone Resort, and a very comfortable stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. If you plan on taking the shuttle, just be aware that its on the Yellow line, which only stops at Mountain House West, and not River Run. If you want to get to Gondola One/River Run, you should either drive, or plan on taking the shuttle to Mountain House West, walk a short distance to Mountain House East stops, and get on another shuttle line that stops at River Run. There is a lift ticket office at Mountain House too though. Anna H. Amazing griil to cook dinner on and only one email to get the propane refilled when it ran out. Staff very attentive and respectful of privacy. Didnt have housekeeping waking you up at 9 am since no need for service during your stay. Check in and check out with no interuptions since you own the place your entire stay. It was big enough to sleep six and had everything we needed to enjoy a week of snowboarding at Keystone. The shuttle picks up all of 100 feet away from the door and drops you right next to Peru or Argentine lifts. You can take another shuttle to get to River Run village as well. No need to drive when you have easy access to the shuttles. The hot tub was one of the hottest I have ever experienced which was fantastic. I really am glad we stayed here. I enjoyed being able to lock my snowboard and boots in the locker on the main level. The shuttle was in the parking lot and came so frequently there was never a reason to drive. We had a great time and enjoyed sitting on the balcony for adult beverages after a long day of snowboarding. The hot tub was one of the hottest Ive ever used, which was a big plus.
