Taylor Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Overall the place had what we needed and was in a great location. The place was stocked well w/everything we needed as far as extra blankets, fans, kitchenware etc which was nice.I will say the parking situation and trying to find the right building was very difficult and clear instructions were not provided. The address listed on airbnb listing was also different from what was listed when we picked up our packet so we initially went to the wrong address. Also found it inconvenient to have to go to a separate location to get room keys. A smart lock on the door would make things much easier. Karl Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Nice place and very convenient for skiing. Jeffrey Stayed Mar, 2024 Review The place itself is very nice. The biggest problem was that all of the communication up until we got our welcome package gave the wrong address-- 248 Wild Irishman Rd. That address is a private house. The Flying Dutchman Condo complex is on Soda Ridge Rd. We drove around at night for 45 minutes looking for the place. Also the welcome package gave the unit number but not the building number. It would have been very useful to have the map that is near some buildings be included in the welcome package. The kitchen did not have salt and pepper or sugar or other condiments like most condos do. It did have paper towels, olive oil, sponge, soap and dish towels. The place smelled of smoke from the fireplace which was pleasant to me. The spiral stairs are a challenge getting a large suitcase up but was fairly easy to negotiate when you get used to it. The beds were very comfortable and there are two humidifiers available which is a big thing given the very dry air in the mountains. Indranil Stayed Feb, 2024 Review Wonderful place to stay. Looked just like the pictures, great fireplace, great surroundings. Would gladly stay here again! Dania Stayed Feb, 2024 Review Just right as far as location. Cozy space. Really enjoyed the view from the room. Bilegjargal Stayed Feb, 2024 Review Place was very nice and clean. I liked the indoor fireplace a lot and felt so authentic. I think they should update the exact address which described wrong in the Airbnb listing. I almost solicited the private property due to the wrong address. Although they communicated well to make my way to the building easy bearsgeedub Stayed Jan, 2024 Great spot. The condo was great, especially for the expense. The location is close to Mountain House (which I prefer for skiing) and was well appointed. Anna Stayed Sep, 2023 Review We had a lovely stay! There were 4 of us staying at the unit and there was more than enough room for us all. Everything was incredibly clean and the location was great. Would definitely stay here again! Ronald Stayed Mar, 2023 Review Beautiful place, great host Tanner J. Stayed Mar, 2023 Great spot in Keystone This was a great little spot in keystone right on the bus route. It was perfect for a long weekend skiing in Keystone. Anna Stayed Feb, 2023 Review We enjoyed king size bed, wood burning fireplace, sauna, hiking trail next to the river. Christian Stayed Jan, 2023 Review Very lovely condo with great living spaces, and very close to the shuttle stop! About a 2 minute walk to get to the yellow shuttle at Keystone Gulch stop to get to Keystone Mountain House West. Really enjoyed using the sauna at the facility, even though the pool and hot tub were under repair for the time being. Ski lockers included on the first floor for simple get out and go. Check in was easy (pick up at a locker at the Keystone located management office) and check out was as simple as walking out the door. Good amount of pots, pans, and plates for cooking at home, as well as a fully working grill on the balcony. Plan on staying again! Jeff Stayed Jan, 2023 Review Nice place and in a good location. Other than given wrong address all went smoothly. Michael Stayed Mar, 2022 Review No complaints! Awesome experience! Philip B. Stayed Jan, 2022 Weekend ski trip Great experience. Would recommend. Dani Stayed Jan, 2022 Review This is an ALRIGHT condo, but not sure I'd stay there again. The condo is convenient if you're hoping to ski up until 3pm OR if you plan to drive to / from the mountain. It is less convenient if you plan to take the shuttle to/from the mountain, if you plan to night ski, or if you plan to party in town. It is also inconvenient if you have a group that would like to break up (you're only given 2 keycards), if you'd like to drink in the village at night without a designated driver/car (the shuttle system is complex), and if you want to celebrate (there's a $1000 fee if you get a noise complaint). ____________MANAGEMENT (2 OF 5 STARS): The management team is pretty strict when it comes to fees. Agnostic of the number of people in your group, you're only given 2 key cards, AND are charged a $30 fee if you lose one of the key cards. Likewise, if you get a noise complaint, get the cops called, or dispose a large amount of bottles, they have the right to charge you $1000. It's also a bit confusing to check-in.THE SPACE/AMENITIES (3 OF 5): The condo is decently spacious, has a decent kitchen, and fire place. The hot tub is indoors, which is sub-optimal for COVID19 or if you enjoy the smell of fresh mountain air when you bathe. LOCATION (2 OF 5 IF YOU DONT DRIVE, 5 OF 5 IF YOU DRIVE): After 3 days of skiing, we've decided the best move is to drive 5 minutes from the condo to Keystone. If you plan to take the shuttle or get a late start to the ski day (when parking may be sold out), you need to carefully plan your day around shuttle & chairlift schedules-- the shuttle between the condo and Keystone is convenient ONLY if you're day skiing and okay starting + ending in the Mountain House portion of Keystone. The shuttle to Keystone Mountain House is a 5 min walk from the house and passes by every 20 minutes. It is, however, a bit of a pain (45+ min in our experience) to get back to the condo if you go night skiing (which ends in the main village instead of Mountain House); if you're in the main Keystone village, you have to take the Green shuttle from the main village to Mountain House (every 5-10 min), then wait for the Yellow shuttle (every 20 min), then wait 13 min to get to the condo's stop. Makenzie W. Stayed Dec, 2021 Great! This was a great place to stay! The loft, a real fireplace, and the hot tub were fantastic. I had a bit of a hard time finding the condo at first because the specific unit wasn't listed, but eventually found a map and made it in fine.
