The place was clean, spacious and had a nice layout with lots of natural light. Kitchen was updated with plenty of cooking supplies for dinners. The kids enjoyed indoor swimming and playing in the snow in the backyard. Centrally located - close to Keystone, and easily accessible to Silverthorne and Breckinridge. We found it to be very clean, easy to find with easy and close parking. There is plenty of space to gather in the dining and living room. We liked the walk out patio as well. Be aware that there is no door for the upstairs bedroom so if someone does want to go to bed earlier and others stay up, noise could be a concern. It didnt bother us at all. There is also no door in the upstairs bathroom between the bed and the sink area. The door is only for the toilet and shower. Again, these were fine for us but just so people are aware. Stayed Apr, 2022 Great Condo Near Keystone This was a great condo near Keystone resort. Plenty of room for all of our friends skiing that weekend. Comfortable beds. Nicely equipped kitchen. Hot tub was working great and conveniently located. Not recommended if you plan to ski other resorts as the drive to others was much further than expected. Arrival was more challenging than others as you had to drive to a management office instead of just having a key code for the unit like most other places we have stayed at use now. Also the daylight savings time had affected the security light so the address and entry area was dark when we arrived. It was fixed the next day once we let them know. Tony T. After a full day of exploring the local area, we enjoy returning to the home and sitting around as a family and relaxing, playing games, reading, watching a movie, etc. During our search for homes in the Keystone area, we found many beautiful residences but unfortunately many have very limited seating in their living room area (a surprise actually). This home was perfect for us for after ski and snow unwinding.We traveled in from South Florida. Two of our children had never seen snow before. We knew they would either love it or hate it. If they loved it, we wanted to be able to watch them play outside without being outside ourselves. QuickSilver gave us everything thing we wanted and a wonderful management company.1.Large living room area with a large sectional couch, chair + ottoman, recliner, and a huge bean bag chair. Plenty of room for all of us (5). 2.Wonderful backyard area that provided the kids hours of playtime in the snow from building things like snowmen and forts, to throwing snowballs, and sledding.3.Large windows from the dining and living areas to watch our kids play while we sat by the fire.4.In-unit washer and dryer.5.Well-appointed kitchen with appliances, cutlery, cookware, and flatware.6.Plenty of blankets.7.3-humidifiers (a must). 8.I, unfortunately, had to be in communication with work during our stay. The Wifi signal was strong and always available even during heavy snowfall.Although this unit is privately owned it is operated by SkyRun Property Management. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had several questions throughout our stay, and they would answer literally within minutes by text. The check-in/out was seamless and their willingness to help with recommendations, suggestions, and answers was possibly the best we have had. Between Airbnb, (Hidden by Airbnb) , and hotels that weve stayed at around the world SkyRun is at the top of their game. We will certainly be back. If not to this home specifically, to a SkyRun property. During our search, we also wanted to be near the Keystone Resort for skiing. This unit is literally 2 miles from the River Run Village. Although we took advantage of the free parking at the resort this condo complex is on the Keystone Resort Bus Route. A 100-m walk from the door to the pick-point will drop you at either the base for Mountain House or River Run. Driving is not necessary to/from the resort. Between the property and River Run Village is where we picked up our ski equipment. Another beneficial relationship between SkyRun and this awesome rental outfit proved a nice discount on equipment rental. Six miles to the west and you can pick up groceries, dine at a few nice restaurants, get cheaper gas and shop for outdoor clothing and equipment. A scenic (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute drive and you can be on Main Street in Breckenridge. We could go on and on about the enjoyment that this home, management company, and location provided for us on our spring break.
