This two story townhome with a private entrance provides ample space and convenience for your mountain getaway! This unique layout is sure to provide space for everyone. Separating the bedrooms from the living and cooking area on separate floors ensures peace and quiet for all.  Located on the second level is the kitchen, dining and living rooms.  The vaulted ceilings make the top floor feel much more spacious. Large open rafters accompanied by a beautiful stone fireplace give this town home a mountain feel.  The kitchen and dining area ensure that dinner with the family will go smooth.  With seating for six, 1622 provides everything needed to a delicious home cooked meal.  The second story also features a large wrap around patio for relaxing outside.

Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the townhome.  The primary bedroom features a king sized bed.  It also features a remodeled en-suite bathroom, as well as a private patio.  The guest room provides extra sleeping arrangements and is great for the kids. Outfitted with a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, the children will be thrilled to all have their own space.  The guest room also has a private patio as well as flat panel TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. 

Quicksilver is an amenity rich complex. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the large indoor pool or hot tub. The clubhouse also contains laundry and a communal grill. The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up every 20 minutes and will take you anywhere you want in Keystone so you can enjoy all of the dining, shopping, and night life. Quicksilver is also close to many hiking trails, the tennis center and a convenience store in Keystone.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Loved our time there, great place for families, two couples or in our case one couple and a friend. Just lovely, great kitchen. Great outdoor porches. Free bus a 5 min walk away. Bike trail just across the road connecting to various towns in Summit. Just great, wished we could stay longer.

The property was beautiful and loved that both bedrooms had their own private bath. The home was fully stocked and everything worked. It was clean and quiet. I would certainly stay again! I did take me a while to find the unit, but once I did, it was awesome.

Very clean and nice space--bathroom and kitchen amenities. Some of the check-in details were confusing--email and text giving conflicting instructions--but found our way in and enjoyed the space and amenities. TV remotes were not all functioning but we figured it out--community pool and hot tub were great after long hikes.

Travelled with 4 kids under 5 and it was an amazing experience for all ages! Beautiful location as it was 20 min from Breckenridge and had less-than-10 minute trails near all around. The condo was wonderfully stocked with appliances and cleaning supplies. Would come again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for a family. 2.5 baths is a huge plus. Kitchen had all we needed and there was a complimentary bag of a coffee from a local coffee roaster. Comfortable seating, TV’s in every room, nice patio areas (upstairs and downstairs) and was conveniently located for day trips in all directions. Best communication we have ever had between the host and ourselves, Aﯯ. We would stay here again!

House and kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was very well stocked to cook anything you want. You will need to bring nothing for your stay. Bust stop within 100 feet to Keystone was great as well as the ski locker. Nice pool and hottub all for a good price. 200 yards to a great little grocery store and liquor with reasonable prices.

off season stay, shower did not have hot water on the first day of a two-night stay. Needs a modern can opener; we (including the service technician) couldn't figure out the 1950's model. Convenient gas, grocery, and liquor store is a short walk away. Management was very responsive and friendly. 5 minute walk to the convention center on a paved trail.

Beautiful property closest to Keystone

Very cozy and accommodating townhouse very close to River Run. We loved the appointments, appliances, bathrooms. Property is immaculately maintained. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great while on vacation. Only issue is that the water heater has a smaller than usual capacity for a place that is supposed to hold 8 people. No issues if you time showers in groups of 4, so I am nitpicking here. Great spot for someone looking to ski in Keystone.
