The ground floor was perfect for our group with two people who have difficulties with stairs. However, just know that ground floor also hears all foot traffic from upstairs and the interior hallway. The large crockpot in the kitchen was nice. Meals for a large group were easy with the well stocked kitchen. Shuttle stop just outside the building is also very convenient, except bus now is only running every 30minutes, so the become packed during busy times. Stayed Jan, 2020 Christmas Condo Wonderland We loved this condo and our stay in Keystone. The living room is so spacious with a great fireplace. We loved the dining room table for family meals and playing games. It wasn't decorated for Christmas so we bought a small artificial Christmas tree to put by the fireplace that worked for us over the holidays. Otherwise, it would not have felt like Christmas! The condo had great utensils for us to cook our meals. The pool/hot tub was super close. The pool was a little chilly, but we still swam. We enjoyed the many activities around Dillion and Breckenridge - the location of the unit was removed from the busy town so it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere but close enough that everything was a short drive. The pool is within a 2 minute walk from the unit and it was well maintained and clean. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus and makes it great not to travel home with a bag full of dirty clothes. Being on the first floor, we appreciated no stairs and with 2 kids that run we were not bothering anyone below us. Occasionally we heard sounds from the upper levels but it was nothing that had a negative impact on our stay. We definitely recommend the unit to future guests and will be back ourselves!
