I dont recall seeing a code in my check in instructions to access my packet. I made multiple calls to leave a message but not a live contact answered. My shuttle waited with two other people as I tried to make contact with someone. I called the number on the door and email with no response. Fortunately a young lady from the check in office did finally arrive sometime after 1pm and I explained my dilemma. She opened the box with the packet and gave it to me. Sorry to say a similar thing happened last year too. My problem is not with the host but with the management company. I plan to independently contact the owners/hist so that they can rethink their property manager. With the lake, pool and park being so close we were able to do many fun activities that required us just going down some steps. Did I mention I was 33 weeks pregnant this trip?! So having activities that close by was a big plus. The views you get are beautiful and the place its self made it so we felt at home. This property had a very safe feel with the location and people that were around the property at all times. The view from the living room window is absolutely stunning and creates a great atmosphere for relaxation. If you have kiddos that love stairs, the multi level spaces in the condo are situated in a fun way for the kiddos to roam from one space to another. The condo is very spacious where you do not feel crammed and want to only stay a limited time. The space is definitely a place you want to spend for days. The pool and hot tub building was directly across from our building and was super convenient to walk to without freezing from the cold. All in all, it was a great experience. The location was excellent with only a short walk to the hot tub, indoor pool, ice skating, Keystone shuttle, and various places to eat. The accommodations were nice and made us feel at home. We had a minor inconvenience where we didn't have bed linens for the hideaway bed the first night, but the staff took care of it the next day. Highly recommend! Dont love that you have to go somewhere else to get the keys and wish there was a full size bed option in the second bedroom. The kids wished we would have stayed our whole 10-day vacation there. The condo had everything we needed and was spacious enough that we did not get in each other's way. The kids liked having their own sleeping areas and bathrooms. We were hesitant to book this condo due to not having air conditioning, but we had all the windows open the whole stay, and the inside temperature stayed between 60 and 65 degrees. The condo had fans to help circulate the air. We slept very well with the windows open. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We drove up the road to Dillon and bought groceries. Made meals in the condo and was nice having everything. Lake was perfect and had paddle boats, bikes, and kayaks to rent. Easy access to walking and biking paths. Beautiful views. The layout and space was more than enough for the four of us. It was extremely clean and the the view was really nice. We were watching people skate on the lake and it was relaxing. The condo was only 1 mile to the ski resort and close to restaurants. Better than expected and pictures were spot on to how it looks in person. The kitchen and bathrooms room amenities were all there to use. My one issue I had which was not so big was the coffee pot made only eight cups which made me have to make multiple pots but thats the only thing. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!! Sky run was great to work with. The upper bunk was very hard to access though. There was no real ladder. Some of the pans needed a good scrub before use.
