The living room features a wood fireplace, large comfy sectional, and a flat screen TV. The private patio is situated off of the living room, and features seating so you can take your morning coffee outside. With the open concept floor plan, the fully equipped kitchen flows into the living area. The large kitchen features updated countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, private patio entrance and a connecting bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and a double bed as well as a connecting bathroom. Located in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood right on the free Keystone shuttle line to the slopes with easy access to hiking/biking trails. After your big day out, an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna await. The space upstairs was fun to hang out in and play games at the dining room table. Kitchen is open and can be involved in fun with everyone while cooking due to location and design. Two full bathrooms definitely helps when there are 4 girls getting ready at the same time. 10 minutes from lots of restaurants and shopping... and surrounded by views of the Rockies. This is the second time we rented this cozy townhome and we had a wonderful time. Soda Springs is a very quiet and a conveniently located community with a lovely community pool. The only downside was that there were no pool towels provided this year, may be due to Covid?We had a few small issues upon arrival with the TV and a sink leak and Skyrun reacted promptly to our call and resolved everything immediately. Nancy Stayed Aug, 2020 Review Wonderful location in an older unit which has been well cared for. The upstairs living space has windows on all sides making it sun filled and pleasant. The refrigerator in the kitchen died during our stay and the property management company, SkyRun, worked hard to get us a new one which was a challenge given the supply chain shortages across the country. There were a couple others issues and we were pleased with the quick responsiveness of SkyRun to address them.We cooked almost all our meals. Be aware the older dishwasher beeps continually unless the door is fully shut. The amenities list says the unit doesn't have hair dryers but there are wall mounted dryers in both bathrooms.The master bedroom bed is comfortable, on the firm side and appears relatively new. The double beds in the bedroom were also reported (by family members) to be comfortable but the bed frames were squeaky. The pull out couch bed was NOT comfortable for one adult, may be okay for small kids. The listing says the unit has been remodeled but partially remodeled would be a more accurate statement. The bathrooms are upgraded and very nice. The kitchen has newer tile backsplash and countertops but the range and dishwasher are older. The carpeting and the common area couches and patio furniture are starting to show their age but none of these should detract from a great stay. Taylor Stayed Feb, 2020 Review We loved our stay here! Updated with high ceilings. Two bedrooms and two baths downstairs and living room, kitchen, and dining room upstairs. We cooked and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. Liked the fact that we could take a shuttle bus to the ski report. We did not have any problems but parking is a bit of a walk from the condo and involves going down a set of stairs so anyone with mobility issues might find this a challenge. Had all necessary kitchen and bath items as needed minus a coffee maker, but the Skyrun mgmt team were quick to respond with just a simple text and brought one over asap! Very easy after hours check in with skyrun team. Place has a view of the north and east mountains which made morning coffee that much better. Beds comfortable and parts throughout the place were recently remodeled. Parking was nearby but is very limited and hard to get especially when people don't park correctly but is only a few steps away from condo. Hot tub and pool area were very nice and well kept and again only 100 yards or so from condo down a couple flights of stairs was all. Bus stop to keystone is less then 100 yards from condo and picks up 3 times an hour or so. We will definitely be back to this place as it met all of our needs and then some. Have stayed at several of the Keystone ran resorts and they are just overpriced and ran down. This condo gets an A with us!
