The ground level patio is perfect for taking in the views of the incredible mountains and babbling Snake River. View the living room from the lofted dining room table which seats 6 people comfortably (up to 8) after cooking a meal in your nicely appointed, fully equipped and fully remodeled kitchen. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with new luxurious new bedding and a flat screen TV. The Keystone shuttle is steps outside your door for free transportation to Mountain House to catch the lifts. Even though this is a condo/duplex, we felt like we were in a cabin in the woods all by ourselves. The condo is well appointed and had everything needed (minus the groceries) to cook a full family Thanksgiving Day dinner. The ski locker had sleds in it, so check it out before you go buy a sled. Bring change if you are planning to do laundry onsite. I could go on and on about what a wonderful time we had while staying here. We are a family of 5 (mom, dad, 2 young adults and a tween). We had plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely be back. Our kids loves being able to open the back door and play in the snow. It was very quiet and private. Also, the place as immaculate! If you are skiing there is a bus to take you to Mountain House. If you want to get to River Run it's two buses which is a pain and takes forever. I think it's easier to drive to River Run. Only complaint is that the coffee cups are tiny...we are coffee drinkers. We would stay here again. Stayed Aug, 2016 Great family ski rental I stayed in this condo for a ski trip during spring break with my three kids (14, 11, 8). It's great! Space to hang out, watch TV/movies, beautiful views out the back with wall of windows, rustic/mountain interiors, so close to the Keystone shuttle stop, and right across from the pool/hot tub building (major highlight with the kids!). Steps down into the lower "great room" from the kitchen and entry. One king, and two twins were comfortable. The twin pullout bed in the great room, not so much. I shared the king with my youngest. It's an older condo, but we loved it! The heaters were hard to control and could get quite hot/stuffy, so turn down before going to bed. Quick drive into town of Keystone and maybe a 10 min shuttle ride. We decided to try Homestead 2035 during a recent ski trip to the mountains and were glad we did. This unit has been updated and is very comfortable and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped for meals you wish to have at the condo. I would definitely stay here again. We noticed some issues with the condo when we arrived, we called the Property Manager at SkyRun and they fixed the issues. The staff was very friendly and nice to work with. We love the snow and though JL had been to Keystone as a kid, none of the rest of us had. We were unfamiliar with where to stay so we did a lot of research, but we were still a little afraid of what we had ultimately purchased. We've been disappointed before by other rentals.Homestead 2035 was great! We were after 6 checking in, but our packet with the keys was where it was supposed to be and getting to Homestead was easy. The four person sleeping arrangement was perfect for us. The living area was very comfortable and the view out back is terrific. We played games at the 10 person dining table. Put a puzzle together in the breakfast nook. We used the kitchen a lot and had no difficulties.Homestead 2035 is a straight 30 foot walk to the door of the swimming pool and hot tub. That was great. When you go out the back in the winter, the river is frozen and provides some cool playing/hiking/sliding opportunity.To get what we got for less than a $1000 for our stay (December 18-23), we are very happy. And Skyrun was flexible enough that because our flight from Denver wasn't until 7 p.m. and there was no one coming in immediately after us, they let us stay until we needed to leave, which wasn't til p.m. Check out is usually 10 a.m.So, the experience was a win for us!
