One of the largest two bedroom condos in this area, with just over 1,400 square feet, this condo is a great option for larger groups that are also budget conscious. The oversized living room is the centerpiece of the home with towering ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and nearly panoramic windows! The living room also has a cute game table and a nice flatscreen TV. The dining area is just off the living room with seating for up to six guests; there's additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The large patio sits just off the main living area and has an impeccable view of The Snake River, surrounding meadow and the recreation path! The kitchen is functional and open, entertaining will be a simple with the open flowing floor plan. Completing the first level of the home is the primary bedroom. This bedroom has sunny corner windows, a huge closet, a flat screen TV and a King Bed! The primary bathroom is shared with the main living area of the condo, but can be accessed from the hallway or the primary bedroom. We loved our stay here - the communication was straightforward and the condo was spacious and welcoming. They recently installed new carpet which is very lovely, but warning to anyone with younger kids, its pretty much white, and there is no rug under any of the dining tables (mindfulness required). I recommend they provide a shoe mat or tray for the entryway to keep shoes upon entry. The views are spectacular, with trees, mountains, and the Snake River. Easy access to the river as well as pool and hot tub building. This is our second year in this neighborhood, which we love, and first year at this unit. We will definitely keep this one on the list for future stays.

To put it shortly the condo was great! The view from the condo was amazing, there is plenty of room, you have all the amenities you would need and more and the place was very clean. There was one downside however. There is not enough parking. We were provided with two parking passes, which was great expect for the fact we could use one. One of the people in our group could not make it in to town until later in the evening and by then there was no parking. He ended up having to parking at one of the overnight parking lots about a half mile away. This cost me $25 as I did not want him to have to pay for this inconvenience. Other than parking I would definitely recommend this place.

Busy holiday weekend, parking lot fills up fast and no side road parking that im aware of or could see, especially with snow. Said there was guest parking cost $25/day if remember correctly and maybe 1 mile awayhad family from Wyoming drive in and having more than 2 vehicles was a problem. I noticed lots of cars parked in lot that did not have parking permits and no one from Sky Run monitored parking lots etc. I cleared snow off of vehicles windshields multiple times and did not see parking permits where instructed to place. A little frustrating when there is no parking spaces available for 2 parking spaces were supposed to have. Pool complex inside is a great amenity for our kids under 2yo. The sauna is very new and clean, pool is heated and in clean condition. FYI cannot leave anything outside your door. We left a stroller and snow sled outside for 30 minutes to get snacks for kids and received a call from HOA manager. Very strict. Ski/board closet only fit 3 boards and we had 6.

A good little condo, a bit outdated, but serves its purpose. We had a great time at the indoor pool and its 2 huge hot tubs! Good location to Lake Dillion and to Breckenridge. The place was very clean. Be aware if you have kids-- all eating spaces are on carpet! The view is AMAZING and so peaceful. We would sit and listen to Snake River in the morning and night. Sky Run has great communication and were very friendly.

Breathtaking views, cozy vibe, great amenities, and quite spacious. We (2 people) rented for 6 weeks and love this place - well definitely be back. There was plenty of space, and even though the downstairs is open floor plan, there are enough natural zones that you can utilize. For instance, I worked in the breakfast nook during the day and when I migrated to the kitchen or living room after work, I didnt feel like I had been in that room all day. The large windows and incredible view certainly help, and the balcony is fantastic for morning coffee or meditating .We frequently used the sauna, hot tub, pool, outdoor basketball court, grill, and walking path.

Place was amazing. First time staying in an Air Bnb and wasnt sure what to expect. Couldnt have been any better! Host had fans, extra blankets, cabinets full of spices and even left some local coffee for us to try. Pictures dont do the view off the balcony any justice. Hope to come back soon.

Nice Unit - Great Views!

This is a great property. The views and natural light in the condo are wonderful from every room. It is much larger than we expected and worked great for the 4 of us during our stay. Beds are comfortable, very clean, nice deck, and large fireplace. The hot tub/pool/sauna are a short walk away and were great to have after a day on the slopes. The only downside was that both toilets seem to stick and would run continuously if you didn't pay attention, but that is a quick fix for the management team. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Very comfortable for the 4 of us

This condo has a beautiful view, nice amenities, and was well maintained. Beds were good, kitchen had enough pans so you could cook. My only suggestions have to do with Keystone. The bus should start the pickup a little earlier. You can't take the bus and get to the sky lift before it opens with an pickup. Also, parking for only one car is not enough when you have condos with 2 or more bedrooms.

Two weeks at The Pines

Four friends came together for our annual ski trip out west. This is an ideal location for skiing the variety of ski resorts in the area. The condo is spacious, well equipped with a beautiful NE view of mountains. We enjoyed using g the fireplace almost every evening and we're delighted that the wood was dry, cut, split and complimentary.The pool, hot tubs, sauna facilities were top notch. Ski lockers and shuttle in parking lot were big pluses too. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people so providing more than 1 parking space would be ideal, although additional parking off grounds helped.

Amazing location and beautiful property!!! Great for families!!

The unit itself is immaculate, and very well maintained. Amazing and beautiful location right on the snake river. Very easy to get in and out of. The layout was perfect for our family. My wife and I by ourselves downstairs and the 3 kids upstairs. One night one of them wanted to sleep on the sleeper sofa, no problem. Next night another wanted to sleep in the loft area, no problem. I can think of nothing negative to say about the actual unit itself. All of the windows and the views, nestled among the snow covered pine trees. Can't say enough about the windows. Stayed perfectly warm, plenty of heaters and wood for the fireplace. We loved our stay here. My only complaint would be how the kitchen is stocked. The knives were the worst, not a good kitchen knife available, it sounds silly but when we went to cut the Christmas roast it was not a pleasant experience. A little more options for roasting and baking would have been nice but I'm being a little bit picky. We loved our stay here and would and will stay here again.
