The house had all the necessities we needed. Great location with a beautiful view. Only problem was the check-in process. We never received the code for the door, so we were not able to unlock the door. We were very confused by keycards given during check-in, which were useless. Please notify guests about your emergency number since the office closes at 5 pm because we had hard time finding the emergency number. Also, having a few pedestal fans for the summer would be great for bedrooms, since it does get warm in the rooms. Overall, very pleasant stay! Even though we were doing something everyday (sledding, tubing, sleigh ride) there was something great about the atmosphere of the condo that definitely boosted our relaxation levels especially with the views! We couldn't have been more satisfied with the amenities including the full compliment of kitchen utensils. Thanks to the abundance of utensils we were able to prepare and serve a full Thanksgiving spread and it was the highlight of our trip. I can't fail to mention how great it was to have firewood available with the kindling to get it going it really put the bow on Thanksgiving day! We will absolutely book again someday! The view from the front windows and the master bedroom is amazing. It is a bit of a hike from the parking lot to the front doors. We had my elderly mom with us so that was only an issue for her, but once inside the elevator to the 5th floor along with the baggage cart was definitely a plus. We would stay again. Thank you! Spacious and cozy with a great view of the mountain. The kitchen also included everything we could have needed for cooking. We also utilized the pool/hot tub area which was great after a long day on the slopes. We had a few issues with checking in as we were given the incorrect code and it took a few calls to resolve the issue, which was not ideal for our late night arrival. The parking is QUITE a distance from the unit, and does include some stairs. While it wasnt impossible it was something noteworthy, especially if traveling with little kids. The pool was close by and well maintained. I didnt realize this unit only has showers and no bathtub! We made do. The check in process was interesting. The hosts do try to communicate but its unclear and could be streamlined. You will check in at a different address/location than the condo, **there is a reception area at the condo, but it is not for this unit.** The only real negative here was I had trouble with the locks in the unit. While the hosts did answer promptly and help sort it out, they werent at all sympathetic or concerned that my family arrived to an open/unlocked unit. I was pretty frustrated/anxious and all I got was thanks for bringing it to our attention. Todd Stayed Sep, 2022 Review We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a stream right behind the building and we went down there several times just to relax either on the rocks or in our hammocks. We visited during a heat wave and since this unit did not have any AC, it did get a bit toasty during the day. However, by leaving windows open at night, it helped cool everything down. We also really enjoyed the community pool and hot tubs. It made a fun vacation stay for us and we would recommend it to others. Unfortunately being in the mountains AC doesn't really exist as it usually never goes above 80 degrees. Pool building has a common area deck that has grills. It is just a few hundred feet from the condo building door. We brought flip flops and robes, pool towels were provided.There is a nice little trail on the west side of the building that goes down to the river and there's a paved multi use trail along the river. It is a little bit of a haul from parking to the unit. There are carts in the parking lot & in the lobby but there are stair in between, so you have to carry stuff at some point.
