The hot tub was such a luxury and plenty large enough for me, my husband and our two kids. All of the rooms were much larger than the pictures make them appear to be. We loved the living room's chess table and multiple seating spots. I have never seen an airbnb kitchen stocked as well as this one! The ski locker was so convenient, as were the sitting areas inside the building (one downstairs by the ski locker to put on/take off ski boots and one upstairs right outside of the condo door). The 5 minute walk to the slopes was wonderful. We tried to drive to the slopes one day and all agreed that the walk to/from the parking lot was worse than just walking from the condo. The kitchen is really well stocked, including food storage containers for the cookers out there. We hope to stay here again!One tip for the sauna- it takes an hour to heat up if you are aiming for 160+. The instructions say to set the timer for one hour for immediate use but that is silly. Set it to preheat for an hour and then restart the timer when you hop in. One other tip for the chefs- bring slippers or house shoes for the kitchen. The views of the river and mountainside were probably some of the best views I've had from an AirBnB, and the private hot tub and sauna were such a nice bonus (as many places only offer a shared hot tub). The furniture was a bit weather worn/beat up and the living room couch had an odor to it. Otherwise the place was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen, which was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helped me find our building when I called to ask for assistance (it can be a bit confusing as there are two Cinnamon 1 buildings).The walk to the Mountain House area of Keystone was direct and easy; it should have taken 5-10 minutes but took more like 15 for us in our ski boots, with a 4 1/2 year old. The kids are grandkids enjoyed the hot tub and everyone enjoyed the beautiful view and wood burning fireplace. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the view out the hot tub room window cant be beat. We had a small issue with the hot tub being in sleep mode the first night, so it wouldnt heat. They came over and fixed it the next day. I suggest checking the hot tub right away when you get there and then contact someone if it isnt heating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. There is plenty of space for a few families. Everything is VERY nice and the company who owns it is responsive. The condo features a private hot tub and sauna which was our favorite part of our experience, soaking in the warm bath after a long hike was a very rewarding activity. We went during the offseason so a lot of local businesses were closed but a few restaurants were still open to dine in. You're a short drive away from the Dillon Reservoir and it's surrounding cities full of breweries, restaurants, and facilities to rent outdoor sports equipment. My wife and I wanted a quiet getaway and we were not disspointed. The condo contained TOP NOTCH utilities. The place was huge and could easily house a larger family or group of friends. We found that we barely used the full scale of the condo between the two of us.We absolutely loved this place and will 100% be interested in coming back in the near future. It appears the condo is under middle management organizations and one of the weird things they ask is that you take out your own trash. This is odd because for essentially a hotel Ive never stayed in a hotel asking me to do all the maids job. The property lists no parties or smoking but the upstairs neighbors partied all weekend, pouring beer off the deck, and someone left an empty stash box in the unit which I found unnerving because if the place was cleaned between tenants why was there a weed box? I think more partying probably happens than the property would like to admit so I would call this an adult stay not a family stay. The property was beautiful, close to everything, and overall a mostly quiet stay and the views were worth it. Keystone is so peaceful and quiet in late September, and the aspen leaves are typically peaking around then. The unit is always immaculately clean and well stocked. The kitchen and living areas are great, the sunlight from all of the southern facing windows are great, and the hot tub room in the unit is the highlight. We absolutely love it, and plan to keep coming back for the foreseeable future. We only had 2 small complaints. First, they need blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room. Its very bright in the morning so if you are not an early riser be prepared. Second, the TV and cable are outdated. No HD channels with the cable and you cant mirror your phone to the TVs because they are too old. And, the property comes with a ski locker on the first floor of the building (in a very convenient spot). Perhaps the only amenity missing was a garage, as all parking is outdoors. You could also watch the groomers driving up the ski slopes. The condo is in a quiet area of Keystone and it is a pleasant stroll down to River Run. We liked that we were not in the middle of the nightlife but were able to easily get to River Run if we wanted to, on foot or by car. The Kitchen is well stocked with pots, cooking utensils, dishes and glasses, and we prepared most of our meals in the condo. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Keystone.
